There's too many digits
But on a serious note is your wheelbarrow air-conditioned
Oh yes!!!!!!!!
And has an alloy wheel, go-faster stripes, uprated hand grips and finished in a rather fetching MOD camouflage green paint job.
Cuts quite a dash round the allotment on our weekly 'swapsies' get together, with me in my stiletto heeled thigh length waders and split-crotch bobble hat!

Any one that knows their vehicles will know about what year the vehicle is 😉😊

If not google is your friend.

Tap in the reg and the gov web site will tell you it’s year 😂
15 brand new RV’s in 30 years, all similar, all having the same number since 2004, does tend to blur things a bit. It wasn’t done to hide to age of older campers, very few of us can tell one thirty odd foot V10 camper from the next :winky:

But it was my business, I could claim the VAT back and got generous write downs.

Pay even more tax or buy toys, not a hard choice

I tried to replicate the plate as
MI 00 RLO on the government MOT check site, and it won't accept it.
Tried other permutations and still no luck.
So what IS the correct format of this plate before any jiggery-pokery with spacing?
Asking as I am looking at putting a private plate on my wheelbarrow!
It’s there

M100 RLO

It isnt a disguised plate, it simply has the spacing altered. It’s M100 RLO, see here:

M100 RLO - Tax Check

M100 RLO - MoT History

It’s M100RLO works for me.

It’s the law. That’s why.
Quite a lot of vain tim hats don’t sport a front number plate these days on cars etc

Illegal tinted plates
Illegally tinted windows
Illegal tuning
Tuning not reported to insurers
Excessively loud exhausts
Use of mobile phones whilst driving
Drug driving
Drink driving
Riding off road or ilegal bikes without helmets (usually involves robbery or burglary)

And all the rest ….

Now show me the traffic cops ! ?

That and how do these vehicles pass MOT’s ?

Well, plates is easy, they have a spare set for that.

But what about all the rest ?

The vehicle in this photo is often spotted around greater Manchester. Much talked about by the locals, taxi drivers etc. often can be seen illegally parked. It’s been around since 2019. But never gets taken off the road

The thing is, we can stop this .

Have a look at Spain as an example.

Road blocks
Tougher ITV’s (mot)

A year or so ago the Police pulled a biker up outside our home. They clearly didn’t like his number plate which was smaller than usual. They even had a sample plate with them to show the size and style of the plate he should be using, which really surprised me. I was eating a late breakfast at the time and the live entertainment was appreciated. A large number of bikers gather at a cafe on the A29 a few miles from our village and there is a large Police presence in the area on nice summer weekends. I guess they might have found a number of bikers plates did not register on their ANPR devices and they had been sent out to make an example of a few of them. I can’t believe that many Police cars normally carry sample number plates.
Old trick is to have a metal rear plate on a bike, then bend it so that any cameras can’t read it correctly. If plod stops and asks why, the excuse is that you popped a wheelie and it must have bent, sorry officer, I’ll straighten it now 🙄😇

As I said before, easy numbers, easy money.
It’s view but how else to enforce a national standard ? Should we have a local Mayor and locals to report the offending plate?

There has to be some rule of law or it would be the Wild West tiny plates with a 12 font as people do not want a number plate spoil the lines of their vehicle. If that was allowed I would have had them on several of my vehicles

Plod generally won't be wasting time on just an incorrectly spaced registration plate unless it's unreadable or there is some other issue.
It's at MoT time that it becomes relevant - automatic fail if the tester does the job properly.
My car failed it's first MOT because the dealer incorrectly spaced the number plate, I had owned the car for two years and not noticed

As for these……

Police Interceptors Channel 5 you will see they pull over all the stuff you mention and more, you can’t believe how stupid people can be. But like anything limited resource can only deal what’s in front of them.

Love it when the police dog gets involved 😎👍

My mate was on that show, he’s a cop not a robber though !

never in the history of man kind
has a funster
been triggered
by something so irrelevant.

I just don't know how some cope with real turmoil in their lives.
Just shows how sad some people live if moaning about an (alleged) illegal number plate is the highlight of their day☹️☹️
If I ever get that sad I hope someone will slap some sense back into me😂😂

Human nature never fails to disappoint, l am still quirky about all the Curtain Twitchers when COVID locked us all up and your neighbours reporting you having a Barbecue or popping next door to help some old dear and so on.

Yes had a bust up with Mums next door neighbours, they are the worst neighbours you could ever wish for disgusting people.
Not long after Dad died it was her birthday and about 8 of us went around to see her and took a cake, stood outside even though both me and my sister were looking after her so would normally go in the house.
Few weeks later a letter arrived for her from the police saying she had broken the rules🤬🤬it really upset her and it was 100% the scum next door that reported her🤬🤬they are just sad people and in 5 years mum only see them have about half a dozen visitors.
