carolyn was talking about TurkeyHe hasn’t reported encountering ANY strays yet.
Ian
I agree with this 100%.
Tam you are lucky you got it sorted so quick. They are a busy garage as you said in one of your posts. I know it sounds harsh but they do have other customers. You are now on the road again so chill and enjoy your trip, it could have been a lot worse.
Oh, is Tam feeding turkeys this year? Timely!carolyn was talking about Turkey
Aye I can see lots of photos online but it's not the same as seeing it in the flesh. But there's lots of Rome I'd love to see and I think it needs more time than I can afford to spend there this time.here you are - still not finished, or so I hear.

Yeah I've heard about the strays in Turkey so I may well be doing that again lol. Greece has lots of strays but they're usually well looked after. Nothing like it was in MoroccoAre we reactivating the dog food fund... ?
Don't forget to take photos of the pup so we can see how she's grown!Just been chatting with the geordie couple I travelled with in Morocco last year , they're in naples tonight heading this way to get the ferry from citivechi to Barcelona tomorrow night so we're going to try and meet up somewhere tomorrow for lunch between Rome and naples on the a1 motorway. Be nice to see them and nala the pup from Morocco.
Wr went in October Naomi went in while I stayed with the dogs , we couldn't have left them it was sweltering. We went to Herculaneum instead of Pompeii after reading the reviews etc about both, it was very, very interesting although a roasting day we really enjoyed it and could happily have spent a lot more time there ... if you do go make sure you look for the preserved 'bar' (as in a pub).
Not normally into museums but that one is good.Agree Herculaneum is fantastic. There’s also a wonderful museum The Archaeological Museum in Naples which has all the contents from Pompeii.
The rad cover looks a bit odd but think its an ex Mil GAZ Russian going on cab design , with poor parts back up ?On a different note.
On this large site in Lisbon there’s a few vehicles dotted about that definitely look abandoned… there’s even a nice newish Carthago that looks like it been unused for a few years…
This old girl has obviously been here a while…

I could but I don't want to . I wanted to Greece as soon as possible and originally I planned to get there on the 1st of December but now going the 3rd.Just a thought Tam, is there any way you can alter the Ferry time...
Everything seems OK at the minute , I don't want to tempt fate though. I reconnected my b2b this morning and rewired my rear view camera before I left. How are the electrics this morning?
I do have stuff to get on with you know lol I can't be on here every minute or I'd get nowhere. As it is I'm still north of naples and I'd hoped to be south of there by tonight.Tam
Come on - 'Let's be 'aving you'
