If you have a clean bill of health, I think you'll just need your GP to sign off on your fitness to drive.
But not valid for that particular vehicle.
You’ll probably find it very difficult to insure a road going vehicle without a valid driving license for said vehicle.

Never been asked by an insurance company to provide mine even when I had a prang in France in the RV they just paid up.

Rv dealers were assuring buyers that their licence covered it because it was a motorhome.No licence, not insured.
