Decided to take it apart to have another look and I saw, for the first time , water leaking back from a fitting just before the water tank lid! So it was a broken plastic fitting that goes they the lid and it was opening up more and more every time pump moved or I pushed and pulled!! Unscrewed it, put length of hose with jubilee clip on and immediately sorted!! So I have now the best water pressure coming out of taps I have ever had, !!!! I was lucky the fitting was broken the water tank side of the lid so all water stayed in tank!! Bonus !!!!!!

Just been reccommended a good mechanic to the south of Seville so I'm going there tomorrow, so helga can have a treat as well !! Xxx.

Gonna treat her to an auto gearbox oil change, oil and filters under the bonnet too!!!! And I want to give her a system and injector cleaner, additive!! She should like that!!

We had one box us in at the Dusseldorf Messe, just so that he could get his Astra1 satellite signal from the gap in the trees. He was made clearly aware, that his TV viewing was to come to an abrupt halt forthwith, and to reposition his camping car. :mad:

Good morning,,

Bit misty over the river here this morning, but not cold,,,and I slept well !
( I'm amazed at how well I sleep on an overcab bed) ! Anyway I cooked a lovely spag boll last night and I felt content!!! However......

I am moving away from here today, just a few miles to the mechanic, I am hoping I don't have any dramas either leaving or travelling????

For anyone that's interested, this aire at puerto gelves is getting really full now, for the upcoming Easter celebrations!! So beware!!!! After the visit to the mechanic I have no idea where I'm going yet but I can work it out later, depends on what he says about helga!!

So I'm having a clean up, and I must say it's lovely not having a water drama ( at the moment) and I feel good today, so I hope today will be another good day!!!! Chat later when I get to the man !!!!! Xxxx. Oh I forgot,,,

Met a lovely bloke here yesterday, called Wayne, travelling with his Mrs and having a great time,, telling me all about morocco!! Sounds tempting!! Lol.

Anyway Wayne has blogged about his travels from September to now and his blog is called. Charliethechucklebus.com. If you want to read it!! Wayne and Angie were sensible ( unlike myself) though, and did a years research before they left uk !! Really nice bloke though!!!

This journey has been an eye opener for me, it seems that people all over are really happy ( mostly) in their Motorhomes, away from the real world!!
Shame it can't always be like that !! Anyway laters ,, Xxxx.

We're on our way to puerto gelves later. Have to see a doc here in sanlúcar first. Can a place be reserved? I have emailed the office there but no reply.
 
Terry. I don't think so. But you will get on today, somewhere, I was advised that from Friday or weekend it will start filling up!! Shame you can't get here for about ten, you could have driven straight into my spot !! Still some good people here. Enjoy your time here mate,, Xxx.

Right,, just found garage( reccommended) and got they all info thanks to google translate!!

Gearbox oil change, engine oil change plus filters!! Lovely bloke, no price yet but not worried, if it's all done correctly then I won't grizzle ! ( but I will let you know) And he is doing it today !! Bonus!! So I'm having a coffee then a walk and will post later ! Xx.

Just been back to garage, helga went in about half hour ago! I have to go back at 5,30. Bloody long lunch breaks!! Lol. Still all good,, Question for you .... If I get away at about 6. I don't want to drive for long, would you reccommend an aire anywhere between Seville and Cadiz or ain't there one!! ( my 2015 book is in helga)

I don't want to drive for long and I don't really want to negotiate a city tonight!! Here's hoping!! Xxxx
 
Don't know any Aires but if you fancy an interesting town and decent site try this http://www.campinglaaldea.com/ at El Rocio in the direction of Huelva and Portugal.

If you are on the South side of Seville it will mean travelling around Seville again, maybe 50/60 miles.

The site is in the ACSI discount scheme and does not put the rates up for Semana Santa.

The town is a site of pilgrimage at Pentecost and the streets are all sand like a wild west town, interesting on Sundays especially this one.

I'm afraid I have sold out people,, I have weakened to the corporate giant !!! I am as I write this sitting in Burger King with a double whopper and grande patata fritters!! And a full fat Coke!!

I didn't fancy anything else for lunch!!! X
