Can't say that we were impressed with the site. Very small pitches just wide enough for the van on a sloping field. We were parked with the two nearside wheels level, the front offside wheel on the first step of the Quad ramp and the rear wheel on the third step of its ramp. It was in a great setting just a pity it wasn't flatter.
+1
That’s the one.....

Luckily I had a flat pitch, but the gravel was only just wide enough for the van. Some of the pitches are that small and sloping, some vans overhangs were bottoming out on the grass, if that was me and it was the only pitches left I’d have moved to another site.

The area and local pub were fine tho 👍🏼

Out on the e bikes today to chipping Sudbury and about. Found a number of cycle paths.
I managed to hit the kerb and fell over and rolled like a man u forward having just passed the cycle proficiency training. Probably a bruised or cracked rib but nothing too serious.
And we just found out we left the keys to the batteries at home so maybe only one day of leccy left.
Still managed to go Dog Inn (the pub)

What a beautiful part of Britain. I miss being able to walk in Bluebell woods. Hope your dog is an Airedale?!
Ha, no she’s a Beddlington terrier. Takes up less room in the motorhome. I do like the Airedale though,
an Aunt and Uncle used to breed then judge Airedale Terriers.

I bought a tripod recently and not used it. We were enjoying sitting out on the patio last night and I took these. They're just for fun.

I went for a hike yesterday

With a nice view of the boardwalk I had just traversed over the open bog.

And drove home via a funny local road sign.

If I send you a screwdriver, could you remove that "Stop" sign and send it to me?
Incidentally, where in the Baltics were the photos taken? I am so envious.
I would love to take the sign home myself but as you can see its a bit dirty and the 'E' of Love is damaged, so its just not quite perfect enough for me

Photos taken on the Juminda Peninsula; the most northern tip of Estonia, please don't be envious as I have been to New Zealand twice and you have a quite stunning country, I miss hills and mountains as Estonia is almost a pancake 🥞 and as we all know; the grass is greener on the other side of the fence.

The dog sniffed this nest out on our walk this morning. It was within 2 foot of the path and looked a bit of an odd placement ? An LBJ took to the wing, too fast to identify but I'm thinking Robin ? As an afterthought, I wondered if the nest had become detached from the adjacent tree and the bird had just decided to stay with it ?

Dale Abbey, The Carpenters Pub, Illkston, DE7 4PP.
Never noticed pub MH parking before. This place had 7 vans at 2.30pm. A few had EHU. I think i will be looking more closely at this pub parking lark.

Tried to upload pics but no chance. Have no idea what i maybe doing wrong. Doing the same as i have always done but today the computer wont let me. Don't you just love tech shit (or not being able to understand it)

9 minutes for perfect boiled goose eggs. And 2 different styles of eating themView attachment 496598
Personally, I would have wiped the shell clean before cooking and I like lashings of butter on my soldiers, but apart from that they look delicious. 😉
