Morning visitors to our pitch at Crossways, C&MC site.

Ah, but you have to say where?
That’s lake Trawsfynydd in the distance. Let me know the name of the site your on next week and I will give you directions, but to get to that point there is a very steep loose rocky climb. Pm me if you prefer. (y)

I'm staying at Coed-Y-Llwyn, it's the CMC site I stayed a couple of times before. I'm returning again because the riding is good.
This time I may try to get the bike on the little train for a train out ride back type day.

Yet another reason to dislike herons intensely. One cleared our pond in one go, literally standing in the pond and helping himself to the entire goldfish population.

Walking round today we saw the swans - who had hatched six cygnets - but today only five were visible. Also visible was the heron stalking them. There is nothing I can find to like about herons at all..... 🤬

Magpies are my pet hate.
Mine too! Not least because I have to say ‘Good Morning to you Mr Magpie, and to your wife and family’ every time I see a single one :swear:

Strange isn’t it, the evil ones are always the most pristine! Have you ever seen a tatty seagull..... ?

A cryptic clue.......Ocean Drive where the lighthouse family originated? 😉
I'm no Popmaster so I had to cheat & Google it  - I had family living in South Shields years ago but still don't recognise it!

andy63 tell me I didn't see this when you were fitting my gas???:think:

It’s the other side of the river......St. Mary’s Lighthouse just a touch to the North of Whitley Bay........
