Moritz 7, beer made from 100% barley malts.
International lager, low fermentation.
White, fluffy, abundant foam. Moderate aroma and body, intense flavor.
Slightly bitter and persistent aftertaste.

10' a much darker than i expected.
Initially a bit like a sweeter version of Newcastle brown.
Got 4 of these then ontobgod knows what.

Vocation - Sticky Toffee Pudding

May have been covered before, Vocation Brewery, we bought a selection before Christmas as my wife like sours, so today we had a trip to their pub in Hebden Bridge.

I nice tastes glass of Stick Toffee Pudding, just what’s needed t this time of the year.

Here is one from Christmas, Ridgeway, Santas Butt Winter Porter, England

6.0% deep brown in colour with a nice head, chocolaty roasted malt aroma and taste

Interesting dark ale with a 8% kick to boot.

4.5% black in colour with a brown head, a sweet caramel aroma and a very sweet stout taste.

Interesting, 4.5 is almost light, but the tasty note (is that expression correct in English?) makes me think about beer with some attitude
