Nothing. Same for the last few months. Getting worried now........

Oh, apart from re-torquing all the body to chassis bolts that had shaken loose driving for hundreds of miles on the roughest roads I have ever been on in France, through Provence Languedoc and the Rhone Alps.

My Hymer door lock... fitted new spring inside.

Took over a year to think about it and then ten minutes to fix it...

(The spring cost 50 centimes from one ferramentas shops in Silves.)

JJ

Corr, wish they had those ferramone thingies over here JJ, been searching for one of those springs for 2 years. :madder:

I have a spare... not as strong as the original but works ok.

As it is suitable for a Hymer, I will sell it, realistically priced, at £42.50 + VAT and postage and package...

(Or free if you collect from QMJ.)

Just waiting delivery of the headlight bulbs and its all finished !!

Fitted Huawei mobile internet which we bought from motorhomewifi at Peterborough show, dead easy to set up and working fine as I'm a complete technophobe.

John.

Today we had a chap called Gavin fix our shower tray that had cracked last year, which I did a quick fix on. Arrived at 08:30 and has just left without taking a break. He is a speedcoat approved applicator and I'm so pleased with the finish I nearly hugged him. Whist it cost an arm and a leg and a pound of flesh I would recommend it it anyone. Gavin only covers the Norfolk area in case anyone is interested.

Bill, prep wise he was at the prep stage for 3+ hours the MH looked like something out of a murder scene everythings was covered to protect with plastic sheeting and he sanded the tray after filling the crack. The smell was very strong last night, but today hardly anything and hard as nails to the touch, but a nice non slip coating. I warn you it will cost an arm and a leg, but worth it. His web site is:

He only covers Norfolk and you may have to wait a few weeks. I was so pleased I'm having him back to service fridge in July, which has never been done.

Good value (y)
I think so as you would never know there was a hole and the finish very pleasing. Life time cover all be it to the original owner.

Fitted three 100w panels to the roof to run 264 ah of batteries and a 1500w inverter.
The bricks on the roof are to hold the trunking in position while the sikaflex goes off. Managed to get done just ahead of the rain.
