On Sunday heading to Canterbury P&R. Evening meal in Old Gate Inn.
Monday, take the P&R into Canterbury for a “day out” then drive down to the Drum Inn for an early Tunnel crossing to France on Monday.
I wouldn’t say that I am excited but we now have 88 hours to go!
Thank you but, yes, we have stayed at the Drum Inn before.if it were me i’d stay at Canterbury as the entrance to the Drum Inn is very steep, the pub is lovely though but very pricy and they have the cheek to charge £25/30 on top
You may already know this of course
Have a great trip though just the same
Enjoy the freedom of motorhoming in France. Lots of advice on here if you need it.Off to Newhaven tomorrow and then on the ferry first thing Saturday to Dieppe. First time tour around France in the MH
Enjoy France, but don't forget your seasick pills, it's likely to be a rough crossing I fear.Off to Newhaven tomorrow and then on the ferry first thing Saturday to Dieppe. First time tour around France in the MH

Can't answer really but it's a nice site that people may not visit individually, no different from fun rallies on sites. Strangest one is the THS at Ferry Meadows which belongs to the other clubHonest question.
Why setup a Temporary Holiday Site, in a permanent campsite?
Or am I misunderstanding something.
