It’s changed on my iPhone
15 iPhone, avatars have moved to centre of screen while name stays on the left.
Driveway??? Luxury . We had to lie in the road outside Mum's , even removed engine & box on a frogeye after chipping the tooth on 1st gear. Then had to have it out again for leaking oil pump on the sandwich plate between engine & box.I've never had the luxury , even when I used to do all my vw's it was outside on a driveway.... always wanted a nice garage/workshop but never materialised.
Oh I did my fair share of repairs out on the street too lol.Driveway??? Luxury . We had to lie in the road outside Mum's , even removed engine & box on a frogeye after chipping the tooth on 1st gear. Then had to have it out again for leaking oil pump on the sandwich plate between engine & box.

I think you missed the update about a million pages back Jock, unless there has been another one since it basically went, "steering wheel is now straight so he is happy about that not sure about to the pulling left as he hasn't been on any decent roads yet to give it a good test"Northernraider. Anyway, getting back on track (pun intended), about your tracking/alignment issues Tam, ie, is she handling any better yet as a result of the adjustment......or have I missed that bit?
Cheers,
Jock.
Thanks Martin. I got the bit about matey adjusting it all, but thought I might have missed the road test. Obviously not.I think you missed the update about a million pages back Jock, unless there has been another one since it basically went, "steering wheel is now straight so he is happy about that not sure about to the pulling left as he hasn't been on any decent roads yet to give it a good test"
I think he just needs to get out and do some proper miles and stop frettingThanks Martin. I got the bit about matey adjusting it all, but thought I might have missed the road test. Obviously not.

Absolutely Martin but I have to admit, the constant pulling to the left would annoy the hell out of me until I got it sorted.I think he just needs to get out and do some proper miles and stop fretting
I'm just concerned there's anything amiss that could go wrong in France or summit but I've been under it again today having a good poke around and whilst I do think I'll need to change a few ball joints on the front tiebars next year I don't really see anything that could cause serious issues before then. So yeah I'll just have to see how it behaves when I'm over the water .I think he just needs to get out and do some proper miles and stop fretting
Did your headlight modification today whilst I was setting them up for continental use . Removed the wee tab and the top screw so now they can just be adjusted from under bonnet without removing the lights.Absolutely Martin but I have to admit, the constant pulling to the left would annoy the hell out of me until I got it sorted.

You'll be testing yours out then Tam, before I get the chance to test ours out. Let me know how you find them please. I also uprated the bulbs at the same time.Did your headlight modification today whilst I was setting them up for continental use . Works absolutely fine .... although I very rarely drive after dark these days but it will be dark when I arrive in France next week and I'll have to drive to an aire so will see how they are. You'll be testing yours out then Tam, before I get the chance to test ours out. If we can't sleep and are awake early, we often hit the road in the dark mornings in France, stopping for breakfast whilst the commuter rush is on, before continuing, so I am keen to try ours out with the adjusted beams and higher output bulbs.Works absolutely fine .... although I very rarely drive after dark these days but it will be dark when I arrive in France next week and I'll have to drive to an aire so will see how they are.
