We use a couple of 1 litre Soda stream bottles and just decant the 2 litres of milk from the container into them as the 2 litre ones won't fit in our fridge door.

id freeze the bottle at least partly then put it in door to become fully liquid again, cools the bottom of fridge too

Tam the 8000 series was noted fir needing to be vertic for best performance. Id check round the door seals to see if thats letting any warmer air in to the fridge.
I can't see any issues with the seal .. but the fridge door is a bit tight at times

At least it is nearer the "all important risk area", than above the rear bed would be, as was previously suggested.Decided to put the smoke alarm here.
