Where are you then ? Sun turned to cloud yesterday afternoon as forecast for showers from 2pm on but nothing came of it. I've just removed /replaced my glowplugs & had to fight the heat & flies

Brrr it's freezing up here Toby is covered in frost. Got woken up at 7.15 with Milo desperate for a poo.....he didn't entirely make it out the door so that was pleasant. ..not.

Suns just coming up now which is handy as can't see out any of the windows at the minute.

If its any consolation it's chucked it down in Murcia since yesterday afternoon and blowing a gale. Rain has now stopped but very strong and chilly wind.

So we have driven the d71 along the gorge, one of the bits I stopped to take pics I was chatting to two Brits cycling the route , one of them lives in that village I stayed in last night. and the have advised doing the full circle and the little inner circle route du Crett
So we are in a little village at the minute called trigance.
Here's the pics so far ...

I need to go to castellane as I need to top up fuel then I'll double back to rougon and then follow that road at La palud sur Verdon which is what the cycle guy called the route du crett

What happens if you meet another vehicle in that tunnel? Can you see the other end before you go in? Scary man!

I'm in castellane now we decided to do the other road begore coming here to save doubling back. Internet signal still rubbish so having probs uploading photos again.

We assume you meant 'doddle', but it is time you dawdled a bit.

I could not believe you arrived at St. Croix at 0930 yesterday and did 2 more villages the same day. I expected to see you walking the dogs along the lakeshore 'beach' at St. Croix and staying for a day or two.

We met a 53 seater coming in the opposite direction in that tunnel and a peugeot estate who felt it was wide enough for her to pass my motorhome. Had to reverse for the bus cos he decided it was his right of way. To be fair the wife was over her side and was looking down, the driver doesnt quite get the vertical view of the passenger !

I only planned to put 50 euro in but since he was being an arrogant arse I put 80€ in instead ....Very slowly.
