Tam &Toby do Europe ...Take two

Could you set an alarm and take tablets a few hours before getting up properly and see if they kick in to ease the pain?
I've 2 furry alarm clocks they tend to start licking me about 8am so I just take the pills then and by 9am I can sort of get up lol

Yep, I know that one, you can turn the alarm off on your phone, I turn my work phone alarm off, you can't do anything about early morning sunlight, but if you are tired enough you sleep through it, BUT, when the "furry alarm clocks" strike, you ARE getting up!! 😂😂

Finally got my microswitch changed on my kitchen tap ....getting the wires through was a joke as was trying to put spade terminals on them under the sink .....would have been bad enough without the sore back.

I'm booked in for Toby's mot next Tuesday...08.30 which is a ridiculous time of day ...but hopefully be a straight pass.
I'll then have to see if they can do my cambelt change and brake fluid change as I still haven't got anyone to do it.

If you want the cambelt change on the same day I think you should ask them to book it in now as it is a 2-3 hour job.

No I want to get mot done first then ask them when I'm there to give me a quote to do the cambelt etc and insist that they only have the van in and out in the one day as I'm living in it.
They are only just reopening on monday so I reckon they will be busy

Who do you take it too for the mot ?
I use a friend of a friend ...my mates a self employed mechanic and mot inspector but his premises aren't big enough for my van so it's a friend of his who has a bigger garage ....Alan's autos in cairneyhill
That's who did it last year so I'll stick with him.

I'd rather use my mate as I know he's a fantastic mechanic but needs must.

My spaniel used to sit like that. And she would lie down on her tummy with all four legs outstretched sideways!
That's apparently the "look mum I'm a rug" position

Kerry is pretty much the sistine chapel with the occasional sofa occupying I ate too much

We all do that even when it's the first one.
Has your one been extended so you can leave for a while?
