Great to hear sis and mum doing well .Thanks guys ....yes sister is doing ok hopefully just a wee warning shot and hopefully she will take notice she's to stay off work for a few weeks and rest up which to be honest is a relief as she's a nurse and hospitals aren't a good place to be at the minute......although she isnt happy as she feels guilty not being there .....different breed these NHS workers ...I really hope this situation makes people genuinely stand up for them more once it's all over.
Dogs are doing fine they are loving having a garden and furry friends at the park ....mum spoils them rotten and milo has claimed her as his own personal servant lol
I feel I've a never ending list of jobs I want to do on toby ....I'd also like the bathroom sink reskinned or painted as a few hairline cracks and its yellowed with age ......anyone know who does that ?
The delivery work has been mental and a good earner I'm really glad I decided to fo that and not the campsite work as that would have been a non earner at the minute.
Not sure if I'm going to get away at all this year so may aswell get my savings topped up while I can...very few outgoings so all is good on that front.
Toying with fitting one of those chinese diesel heaters too as a back up
Like I say it's a never ending list lol but planning to have toby a while so worth it in the long run.
We had one done as well .....excellent service from Derek I have some photos of before and after somewhereYou can get a new sink Tam made of fibreglass, Derek justice is the guy, I think JockandRita had one done by him and were impressed. He supplies and you fit.
Yes, we certainly did have a new sink from Derek. Initially, he wanted me to send the old one (a right flimsy plastic excuse for a sink), for him to make a mould, but he then identified a part number from the green sticker underneath, as seen in the photos I provided, and already had a mould in stock. You can get a new sink Tam made of fibreglass, Derek justice is the guy, I think JockandRita had one done by him and were impressed. Well worth it. I bought one to fit when I returned but had to fit in UK due to Jac s op. Only2kw but brilliant.Toying with fitting one of those chinese diesel heaters too as a back up
I don’t know if it’s the same person or not but I’ve heard folk on here mention a company called speedboat.
Welcome back!
Do you have a link to his website or any contact details for him by any chanceYes, we certainly did have a new sink from Derek. The new fibreglass sink arrived in quick time, and all I had to do was to open up the drain hole a bit with a dremel, to accommodate the fittings.
I too would recommend Derek Justice.
Cheers,
Jock.
They certainly seem to get good reviews ....not sure yet where I can fit one due to the double floors but it would be a good back up option in winterWell worth it. I bought one to fit when I returned but had to fit in UK due to Jac s op. Only2kw but brilliant.
can you find a space between the floors ? then only one floor for the exhaust and inlet and room to run ductingThey certainly seem to get good reviews ....not sure yet where I can fit one due to the double floors but it would be a good back up option in winter
