Tam &Toby do Europe ...Take two

It would seem then that you have to choose between your street cred and your crocs!
That will give a lot of folk on here a good chuckle. :p
But do whats most comfortable for your feet, coz being crippled won't pull the birds or help your trip. :)

Crocs....surely nobody wears them on the street..

At the minute it doesn't matter what quality they are, my £150 Cat boots are knackered , my bought new in January trainers/skate shoes are knackered , my trainers are knackered. I've tried insoles in all of these and the bloody insoles are also knackered.

I bought new sandals in decathlon the other day which seem to have a tougher sole than the last ones I bought but the only footwear I have at the minute thats not knackered lol is my crocs.
CAT boots your paying for just the name,,they make earthmoving equipment not shoes.:LOL: Try Merrills from Decathlon. I walk at least 30 miles a week and can nearly get a year out of a pair..Sizing is a bit weird.
BUSBY.

Exactly...I only wear them to nip out to the van garage or take dogs out for quick pee

They are never worn in public ....That's why they are in such good condition ha ha

they've been making them since 1892 :)

Afraid no good for Spain in Summer! You need Open Sandals so your feet don't sweat and are well aired. There's plenty of choice in "El Corte Inglés", all good quality which is what you need here, and maybe a pair of Nike or Adidas tennis type footwear.

Good luck!

p.s. After huge drop in temperatures, from today beginning to climb again and should be back to normal :sun:wall to wall sunshine by Wednesday!

Maybe not but excellent in the boatyard for maintenance and probably for MH too. Don't soak water, no stains etc.
They are very handy but also very ugly

I heard the holes were designed so your dignity could escape

He'll faint when he see's those prices!!

Tam, I think you need sandals that offer your feet more support. The style you have just bought (and I think you had the same style last year) offer your feet little or no support, looking at the site @Momo sent, you can see the sole and heels of many of them offer a lot more support. Whereas the style you favour allows your feet to spread and flatten out. Just my opinion lol.

Well said Val! As I said earlier you have to be very rich to buy cheap!:nod::nod:

@gus-lopez I always buy everything in the Corte Inglés i.e. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Hob & Oven, fridge/freezer, Terrace furniture etc. and always have for the last +40 years. Always do my monthly shop there too as they have the best quality on offer. They give excellent service which no other company can equal. So it's all down to whether you want "excellence" or whether you want "crap"...I would never shop anywhere else!
