Ooo..bit jealous as we're not going to do a trip this winter as Beech can't manage steps anymore and needs monthly injections and meds. Have a great time and look forward to seeing seeing if you make it to Morocco as we never did due to the pandemic. It's that time of year again to escape ....Will be heading west this morning for a few days before our ferry to Belfast on Thursday 15th. Planning to tour northern Ireland and eire till late November before making our way south to Spain.

So that's it I'll update later where we've ended up today. Will be heading off around 11am I imagine.
Just for memory sake

Correct, no checks at all.I assume that if you take the ferry to Northern Ireland, you can spend as long as you like in Southern Ireland as it is not in Shengen, and in any case theres nobody at the border.
That's no longer thereWe went to Croy bay last year, lovely place but quite a tight road and not a lot of turning space especially with loads of cars all over. Whilst we were there whilst chilling out after I'd been out in my kayak we heard an almighty bang and scraping noise ... someone in a work van had misjudges the little 'mini roundabout' with rocks round the edge and made a right mess of the sill on the side of the van.
That's good to know ... I think it was a council van that was damaged so maybe the Council decided to remove them before the idiot driver returned to do it again! That's no longer there
If its dry we are gonna hike up the merrick. Might not reach the summit as its a 5 hour round hike but will go part way at leastWhat are you up to tomorrow Tam?
Is that Milo telling bear what’s he’s been uptoSet of this morning around 10am to do a bit of the merrick trail , no intention to do the whole thing as I think 5 hours hiking is possibly a bit ambitious for me never mind milo so we took nowt with us bar my phone and the dog leads , beautiful scenery and the dogs loved splashing through the bogs etc... we hiked up as far as the forest and where it starts to get really steep which took us about 90 minutes so that was enough ...had a sit down in the forest for a while as it was just so quiet and peaceful ...nothing to hear bar ela thrashing about chasing things . Met loads of hikers and a few motorhomers on the way back down so just back at the van now. Nice slice of apple pie and a coffee for lunch . Might move down to the lower carpark in a bit and do part of the loch walk this afternoon. Again it's a 5 mile and 4 _5 hour hike round it so we probably will only do part of it...

"I love you teddy" - "I love you doggy"
Yes she's off lead all the time now when the other 2 are . She's a lot better . Recall probably now around 90% .Is Ela running free in those pics now, is her recall better then? Top pics by the way, simply awesome scenery
She's a great dog ...always knew she could be, she just needs confidence and love that's all . And she knows she has a good life .That's fantastic news (probably missed it before) . She looks so, so happy and in fantastic condition. She is a credit to your determination and love for her to get to this place. I shake your hand sir.
