But I've done well that's all 4 discs and pads changed on his car. ...not seen back discs in thar state for a long time.

Those rear discs just prove the point that a 12mth MOT is just a guide on vehicle condition and not how it is in reality

I've got a heater blower resistor ordered from iveco ...£67 which they're delivering here on Monday. Hopefully it's the right one and hopefully it fixes the problem as mine does have a bit missing but I get nothing at all from my heater.

Blummin Eck, when the resistor went on the 02 Renault scenic I got a bag of 3 for about a £5 from maplins

Couldn't find one anywhere else bar ebay and it was second hand at £22 . Didn't want to take the gamble of it not working

Nope calipers all free and moving easy ... just seems to rust up bad. He says they were changed about 6 years ago. Front ones only 2 years old but those were warped so needed changed.

Too complicated for me................ lead acid - engine starts, lights work, pump works, phone charges....................happiness
..................If they don't work, use the gas to cook and phone for light and always a spare container of drinking water............

Did get vebal advice at the last MOT rear discs were a bit thin and would need changing before next MOT.
They are not thin at all, no lip on them , just a bit crap. Rear discs have always been a problem on Venga's I complained about the pads not fully contacting the disc and disc rusting when the car was new.
