Parts place is doing my head in

Camper booked In to garage today for new shoes and seal and the seal hasn't turned up yet so I can't take the van in till it arrives. And they close at 14.30 today so if it doesn't arrive soon I'm not going to get it fixed till next week

Aye but I've got till next Friday to get it retested. And I'm meant to be going to uncle lennys to do my electrics.

The profit on the volvo has more than paid for it thankfully. Just want it done

You'd be surprised how little anything in it moves. I just had it sitting on table in the euramobil and the bowl moved but the stuff in it didn't. Bowl can't move now

Finally got the hub seal and shoes. Fortunately managed to catch the garage before they closed so I've to drop the van off on Monday afternoon for them to do the job on Tuesday.

Hopefully all goes smooth.


Also sold the old roofrack and ladder from the motorhome today as I wouldn't refitt that. Got £120 for that so that's went in the van kitty.

I plan to use the channels in the roof to secure one side of each solar panel and the glue the other side. Should make them a bit more secure.

5 Days lol but it was the smoothest car to drive I've owned .

Same here, I had a beautiful 1998 Peugeot meridian estate 1.9Diesel, so simple and easy to service, wonderful condition until someone with a landrover discovery ran into the back of me whilst stationary and wrote it off.

Wow over 700 cars? I’ve been driving 37 years and I’m only on my 9th one.

Probably closer to 750 now ...I've not been keeping count the last couple of years. That's over 34 years though so not too bad lol
