You know I never really understood The Matrix...For the disconnected heater ,could it be a just a leaking matrix.
Did you get a complete replacement catch ?Got the bonnet catch fixed now. So another job ticked off the long list
The matrix actually looks OK. But I need to dismantle it and check. No idea why they've cut the hoses. For the disconnected heater ,could it be a just a leaking matrix.
No I managed to get a new spring , that's all it needed .Did you get a complete replacement catch ?

Are you going to need another 'home' address so you don't have to pay for full-time MH insurance? Perhaps Uncle Lenny might be amenable seeing as you appear to be a semi-adopted son!Well that's kinda my point uncle lenny . Going to have to explore other methods of earning , maybe warden work or event Marshall or something. Won't have anywhere to keep a car

Are any parts on it Volvo ?That's a good old diesel donkey Tam, ours had 215k on it when the turbo died, we even drove it for a few months like that though, then I sold it to the breakers as no one wanted it as a trade in. A week later, I saw it parked in Aldi and we spotted it locally for a few months after that !
If you get any funny electrical glitches with it (wipers coming on on their own, or display saying "anti skid service required") remove the passenger side glove box and pivot down the relay board that's behind it and undo all the multipin connectors and give them a spray with contact cleaner. It's a known issue they shared with the Ford Focus (same floor plan) and if you need engine parts, it's a Renault motor !
The badge. Are any parts on it Volvo ?
The price…..Are any parts on it Volvo ?
Funnily enough, the old 440 Volvo we had was advertised at a local dealer's Rover branch, so we went up to see it. The salesman said that they'd moved it down to their Volvo dealership, but if we had a coffee, he would get it brought up for us ? When it arrived, the Volvo sticker in the windscreen was priced at £900 dearer than the Rover dealer had it advertised in the local paper ! The salesman said not to worry, they put the price up for the Volvo garage, but we could have it at the "Rover" price. The price…..
