ditto that.Good luck for the rest of the trip home.
I had one of them at a French garage last October but I managed to jump out of the way.then I found out why when the pump didn't cut off and I got soaked in diesel when it came shooting out the filler.
Not see anyone in a payment cabin at supermarket pumps for a few years in France.Intermarché are my least favourite fuel stations, they are often easy to enter but tight on exit with a grumpy Madame in a tiny payment cabin that you cannot reach from the vehicle.
No problem parking just pull into the right hand lane. Then I need to pick up a few items from lidl and will then go check out parking at the port later .
You're no even at home lolJust watch it boy if you dismantle it on my drive any traces of oil and you will be in big trouble.![]()

As if I'd go to someone's house when they weren't home and fix my van lolThat's why I'm warning you.
That's very kind but I'm hoping to make it home OK.He knows there is lkecy, water and where my dump point is and he knows I could get my daughter to let him in if he gets desperate.
I knew them Morrocan Sandals would come in useful one day. Sorry had to laughgot soaked in diesel when it came shooting out the filler. Bloody trainers are ruined .
At least it has put your mind at rest nowOK well I have some good news and some no so good news.
So I was sat in lidl carpark and this big bird shat on my newly cleaned windscreen , so I sat there giving it a good blast with the windscreen washers as you do .. I then drove round corner to carrefour and topped up my diesel...probably same price as UK but saves me stopping for a bit on the other side.
Annnnway as I was filling with diesel I see water pouring from my front bumper so I had a look underneath , lots of liquid pouring from bottom of engine at gearbox
so I had a look behind bonnet and sure enough the rubber seal that's meant to stop rainwater and windscreen washer fluid from running on to my engine is missing ....so whenever I use the washers my engine gets soaked ...that's running down the block collecting any oil spills and then the oily black mess is being sprayed under my van . So I don't have an engine oil leak or a coolant leak just a missing seal giving my engine a wash . So that at least clears up one issue.
Still no idea why I'm hearing other things but I do also think at the minute I'm running heavy on the rear of the van and light on the front as I've only 30% water etc on board , no extra water or dog food etc but now I've the scooter on the back again.

Where this seal has gone I have no idea , it was definitely there before and I'm not sure how it could just fall of either but there's no sign of it![]()
I'm starting to think the van is just winding me up.
