We tend to use one of those most of the time in the summer (saves on using a lot of water) - in our shower compartment so as to stop any pervy viewers.

had a hoseloc sprayer with shower attachment for years . dont use it in the trailer . but its great if in a smaller camper . or my teardrop.
by the way that park up used to be a nice hippy camp. folk used to live in the trees there ,years ago. they sort of started emptying it out in the early 2000s. some lived there for years . there wasnt the cafe etc around then it was more forest.
but great place.
marion a friend that lives now not far from la linea lived in the forest for ages . she looked after stray dogs . still does last time i saw her she had about 9 dogs . she was known as the mad german lady. but was really ok. just mad on dogs . she drove a vw t2 with a coach built body on it .
tam might have met her as he was i believe camped not far from her when he was down near gib. i think it was him. ha ha .

The main thing to avoid with dmf vehicles is low rpm driving in higher gears , as this is where they are working the hardest , ironically this is one of the reasons they were introduced to aid
fuel economy at low rpm usage .

And my mate wonders why he keeps stalling hid Citroën @15mph in 5th

Decided to move to the other side of the lagoon this morning ...still in the woods on the cliff overlooking the beach. But found a more level spot and easier to get to the town by bike than where I was.

So I did a quick detour past the supermarket as I was like old mother hubbard.
Closest one was Lidl which despite having them in the UK I've never set foot in one before today

I probably never will again .....its crap lol

I miss mercadona

Didn't get half what I wanted and cost 50% more so I want reccomendatikns for the best supermarkets in Portugal

I couldn't rememver the name bit I'll look out for those.

Got a couple of stunning Austrians next to me now and jade is working her magic glad I stocked up on beer and red wine this morning ....new spot is lovely ...had a cycle along to villamoura with jade ...stunning yacht in the marina complete with toad

its a game you will get used to playing .
very often portugese brewed beer etc is cheaper in spain . you just have to make note of things you like and keep your eyes open.
we tend to not actually buy alot in portugal . spain is cheaper .
mind tobacco used to be cheaper in portugal so i used to buy it there . given up a few years ago so havnt checked recently.
but i,m sure you will play the game soon or next time .
i say uk is as cheap as anywhere these days for food .
very often cheaper.

Lidl of course, they even have special marked out space for Motorhomes.

I'm not that fussed for UK stuff I'd got quite used to the Spanish shops. .quite liked the mercadona produce.
