TIA's can be very scary but can also be confused with a really bad migraine.

Tam think you should get her speyed and also get her passport and rabies jab done. She is not allowed into UK without having had a rabies jab and needs to have been done at least 21 days prior to entry to UK.
Don’t know how long the jabs last that they have in Spain, in UK they last up to 3 years.
The only other thing she would need on travelling back would be worming at a vets and he would enter this in her passport.
At least she would be ready to travel and have the possibility of a funster bringing her back for you should an emergency arise and they would only have to sort out the worming at the vets.
Yes I spoke to Sharon the other day and I'll be back in Murcia first week in July to have her done as I then want to get in to Portugal.Sorry about your mum, we tend to think they will always be the same & always there.
Re-Jade, yes I would get her done asap, you don’t need to wait for her ‘season’ you will get no end of grief if you do, it won’t matter how careful you are they nearly always get caught by a randy dog! You can get in injection if she does get caught but it extends the ‘season’ time! Go & get her sorted!
She already has passport and had a jabs done. She can enter the UK no problem once she's had worming booster in France before I sail I believe.Tam think you should get her speyed and also get her passport and rabies jab done. Yes hopefully I won't need to but my brother in laws father stays between Murcia and alicante so they've said if need be I coukd leave the motorhome there and I'm sure jade would be no bother. You are already organised then.
I’m sure there would be someone who would bring her back in an emergency or keep her for a few days if you were flying back for a couple of days.
They are a helpful lot on here after all.
If you were to go down that route, be careful. I was having my dogs checked at Calais and a courier trype person was trying to check some cats (i think) through, and they were asking for written consent from the owner. He was arguing he had transported loads of pets and never been asked before, but you could leave a helpful Funster in a bit of a pickle if they can't continue on with Jade or have to miss a crossing.
That sounds like legal nonsense, because first one would have to prove who is the owner. There is now no documentation and never was for cats. Then how does the person asking verify the signature? against what? Anyone could write out a letter of consent.
Nonsense.

Only saying what I witnessed first hand, trying to help avoid some bother. They were hairless somethings, thought they were cats but might have been dogs. They were in crates that he carried in.
You could tell the official at the port it's nonsense and see how far you got! I find it doesn't usually go down too well.
My very small Whippet (Peggy) walks round puddles & waits until the rain stops before she'll go out for a pee. We were walking along the bank of a mill race and came across a part of it that was totally green with pond weed. She decided it was a nice patch of grass and jumped off the bank. I know the look you get from a totally shocked, wet, dog .Funniest thing happened there and I so wish I'd caught it on camera.
I arrived In roquetas de mar a few hours back, parked up and thought I'd go for a cycle with jade so we were cycling along and she was doing her usual running about all over the place jumping on the wall and running along ....we came to this bit where the wee river runs down to the sea and the sand is piled up about 4 foot either side of it and the river is about 6 ft wide and about 4 ft deep
So jade had run down on to the beach a bit and I gave her a whistle and of course she tried to take the most direct route running up the mound of sand and jumping....only she didn't know the river was there so she sailed through the air like a stunt dog and landed in the middle of the river with a splash .....one very confused and very wet dog
You had to see it really to see how funny it was I was doubled up as were a few passers by
She came out like a drowned rat coughing and sputtering and shaking water everywhere but at least it cooled her off.
I really like this town I loved it last time I was here and I still do it has a lovely beach and dedicated motorhome bays to park in at 3 different sites over 5 km of beach and your allowed 3 days at each site
Although there's a wee caravan here that was here last time I was and I don't think it's moved. But other than that I'm the only motorhome on this one this time. View attachment 238691 View attachment 238692 View attachment 238693
Well if one accepts that he is right, what do you do then, if you cannot prove ownership, nor consent?
Is there not a notice stating what one has to produce for the animals? And is consent included? Were you asked for consent for your dogs, or proof that they were yours? Bill of Sale for instance?
If you were not asked did you help out the courier by pointing that out?
It also sounds a bit Monty Python to me.
It is a bit like the situation where some official asks a UK Citizen for an ID card - it is a request one cannot satisfy. At least in that case one could return with a passport(I do not carry mine to avoid pickpockets)

She's a puppy... comfort isn't a factor when they run out of juice...How can this possibly be comfortable?
