Ive just arrived at leonidio ....left jackie back in kyparissi she's dying her hair lol.

Not decided if im staying here yet or not or whether ill move on to agios andreas but we will have lunch and a walk around before deciding.

Decided to move on from leonidio as there were several vans parked there and its basically next door to the campsite so i think its a bit cheeky ... Ive moved up the coast and stopped at a new place i never saw last year as id went inland to sparti from Leonidio last year. So im in Tyros parked near the marina ...only one other van here ...another German tonka toy.

Im glad that ela seems to prefer lying here in the cab floor when we are driving as thats where i planned to put her in the vario as the cab will be seperate ...so that will work out fine as jade and milo will have the double seat and i will make a bed box on the floor for ela with a harness secured to the seat frame

Yeah the weird thing in leonidio is the parking spot is between the campsite and the police station and its apparently allowed to stay there. But that means there's always loads of vans mostly young guys who go there climbing ...there was 11 vans there today ...too small a space for me with that many and as the campsite is open it does seem cheeky

Had a walk round town , stopped for a beer , got milo his first pint .....then dogs decided to tangle round my legs and down i went ....thats twice in the last week ive skint this bloody knee ....at least the last time there was no one around ..this time the town is full of people ... embarrassing. Now in cheronisi which is the beach just a mile north of the wee harbour of Agios Andreas where we saw all the pups last year. I went to the harbour but not much room there now as they are storing some huge concrete blocks there. So im at the beach and had a walk down to the harbour earlier. Jackie was here when i got back . She has her flight booked now and is heading back to uk on the 20th so 10 days left for her.

Tam, are you still looking for a key for your Tacho? If you are, I have at last found my old one which your more than welcome too AND there is a plastic disc to go in the second mans slot IF you wanted that too.

Does she know she won't have any insurance?

I spoke to her about her insurance and said it might be worth checking with them etc but she doesn't have a lot of choices ...she doesn't want to drive home through bad weather and shes out of time in a few weeks. If she puts it in secure parking then it should be covered by their insurance for damage or theft surely.
