No but it was bloody stubborn (it was obviously female!!) I put the glass out this morning with the spider in it and it didn't vacate until late this afternoon

That link is a load of bunk, Lancing's population is way out and it lists one with a population of 32k. Over 25k it's a town.
If you cross off the 32k one and put the correct population on for Lancing, Lancing wins by a mile.

The population size doesn't automatically make it a town as it has to meet the criteria. The Wiki page is based on the 2011 consensus and since then we've had lots of housing built on the outskirts so if our accurate population is put on we are most likely the biggest again!

Depends when my car sells .

If it sells in the next day or two I'll head off at the weekend and spend a few days over the west coast and dumfrieshire before ferry next Thursday. If it doesn't sell before weekend I'll work the weekend and head off on Tuesday.

I'm waiting for a few items in the post too so I'm hoping they will arrive before Friday...but royal mail are striking again so might not arrive
