Yes two bucket system one to wash one to rinse ...does the job . But rubbish if any stains ...ive got blood on a t shirt somehow probably from bites and scratching. Laundrette would be better for washing but im not keen on tumble dryers as it seems to shrink all my clothes

Spent the day in the old town .... nightmare to park so its a fair old hike if you're thinking of visiting but it is very beautiful....the highlight of Croatia for sure.

Look at all the steep steps in Tam's photos above, then think of getting building materials and furniture up them - that is the point of donkeys.

Many years ago when I worked with hounds, we had a couple of very elderly donkeys in to be put-down and fed to hounds, (the proviso was that they were not separated and were put-down sImultaeneously, as they had been together about 40 years. This was duly done.) Once they had been skinned and butchered the carcasses were presented to hounds.
40 hounds fought, snarled and dragged the "front-ends" about with frequent rest intervals.
It is my belief that more energy was expended than nutrition gained!

A few drone pics .....

Seems my insurance back home covers me for bosnia and for Serbia buy no mention of Montenegro or albania .... bit of a concern but couldn't really argue with the guy at the border office ...he said since august they no longer issue greencards to many countries and the uk was one of them ...he said its not required , we both said that we were told it was and he just shrugged. Not many options really. I could phone my insurance company and ask i guess but not really much help if they say no .. only going to be a couple of days in Montenegro before entering Albania but im not to comfortable with it.

The road was definitely a bit clenchy bum at bits....i was planning to video it on the way back down but not sure if we are going the same way or if we are going to continue up and round inland or follow the coast .
