No, but they have some mega expensive cafes.

Pricing here is weird ...parking is extortionate. 50 kuna per hour which is about £6
To walk on the city walls 200 kuna

Bottle of coke 0.60 kuna ...about 50p

Large ice cream 14 kuna ...about 1.60

Pint of beer 20 kuna , half pint 15 kuna

Best to keep on walking. Its a popular cruise port so prices are inflated. Your photos bring back fun memories.

Amazing, no battle scars are showing, I remember my heart sinking when I saw it being bombed during the last war, never thought it would be the same place again.
They have been busy, and spent a lot of money to repair the areas affected to its former glory.
Those steps between streets would keep you very fit if you lived there.

Those donkey’s look nice. I wonder if they make good eating? I’ve eaten quite a lot of horse,but never donkey.

I had Donkey in a Penne dish in Porto Mantovano in Italy in very popular locals Restaurant where l was told it was a specialty of the area.

This popped up on Wikipedia.

the Monferrato region of Italy, located within Piedmont, a special version of agnolotti is filled with donkey meat.[1] Robiolacheese is another popular ingredient in Piedmont.

Ive switched off my roaming and tethered to jackies at the minute as she gets her full 100gb allowance to use for £6 a day so just going to go halfers on that as she never uses all hers .. it does mean while driving etc though ive got no internet etc .

Yes there's more to it we've not explored yet as catching up on laundry etc today we will have a look around tomorrow ...can see border post from this old helipad we are parked on

There is here ...this is an old military base left over from the war ...its derelict now .

Yes two bucket system one to wash one to rinse ...does the job . But rubbish if any stains ...ive got blood on a t shirt somehow probably from bites and scratching. Laundrette would be better for washing but im not keen on tumble dryers as it seems to shrink all my clothes

In to shorts weather now though thankfully
