This photo gives a better idea of where he parks. This is looking out from my driveway View attachment 645458

His car gets parked right in front of that howard crescent sign post. Which makes reversing the car out very difficult. And getting the motorhome out past the gate before turning impossible.

He also blocks people walking down the pavement.

The only person breaking the law was the guy parking on double yellow lines, Tam did nothing illegal.

One could argue that deliberately blocking some bloke's driveway in order to cause grief/wind someone up/ escalate an argument etc could be an offence under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998

Aye unfortunately in this case i never got the parcel and he owes me £14 . I had to buy them elsewhere as i had no brake lights on the scooter rack.

Not the first time a daft courier has left something on the front door and we get lots of school kids etc walking past. When camper isn't in the drive the front door is clearly visible when walking down the street.

Courier delivering to my son thought a 'safe place' was the wheelie bin on collection day. Would not have liked to be on the end of the phonecall he made.

Luckily my next door neighbour who thought it appropriate to park outside my house (legally) rather than his, got the message when I parked behind his car... which happened to block his drive.

I thought it was ok to park across a drive if there was nothing on it. (Not that I do) Always baffled me as to how you know if there is anything in the garage!

No it's not! You see what is obviously a drive or gates, park in front, blocking access then that's obstruction. Removed many vehicles parked up being smart parking wherever they feel like. Police rota garage.

My brother gets people parking across his drive all the time (near a school) and he was told pretty much what i said.He could have a scary white line painted across the drive entrance, at his cost, for a mere £900 and that was probably a decade ago!!
