Tam & co the great winter escape

I know it will be difficult, but try to get her to drink plenty - it helps with the infection & also she’s at risk of a wee infection. She won’t want to, because she won’t want to keep getting up to wee, but if she doesn’t she will get worse! Brings back memories of my mum, who wouldn’t take my advice ever - despite me being a specialist elderly care nurse at the time! 🤷🏻‍♀️
 
I temporarily have 5 furry friends. I miss cats i wish the pups wouldn't chase them all.

Travelling with cats as I am sure you know Tam is a Challenge.
At least the dogs you have half a chance of movi g on when you want.

It's generally accepted as a myth that alcohol affects most antibiotics. It started when antibiotics were first used to treat venereal diseases and the recipients were instructed to abstain from drinking, as the medics concluded that anyone prescribed them, once back on the sauce, would probably ignore their advice and go in search of more nooky before things had cleared up ?
 
Gawd its early , got woken up at 5am with ela whining , peeked through the curtain and shes crouched with her tail firmly wrapped down her bum and under her knees together .

Figured she wanted out and i was right , dear me the poor girl has the trots again . Im wondering if maybe fish stuff doesn't agree with her as i had bought these seafood stick things for snacks and don't like them so the dogs have had them .

But the poor girl is shivery ive had to wrap her up in a blankie.

Good girl for letting me know though , could have been another nasty surprise this morning.


So im wide awake now and typically not a peep from mum this morning

Ela may have a touch of food poisoning from the fish sticks, pump some water down her, use a large syringe (without the needle!) keep her warm and let her sleep!

Those fish sticks in the main, have never been near a fish. They are almost entirely made of egg white, does she have a problem with egg? Hope she gets well soon and best wishes to your mum too (y)

These are 91% fish , i bought them for me initially but im not keen. But they are getting binned now anyway.

Processed fish protein no mention of actual fish, sounds like just a load of chemicals.

91% fish of which was 35% fish protien was how i read that.

But anyway they weren't nice. Dogs enjoyed the few they had but not sure if its what caused the trots or not.

I can't access any other forums on here bar this one . No access to u shape lounge or belly locker etc

Couldn't even see my own birthday thread this year🤷‍♂️
