Im thinking of removing this highly complex water filtration system that someone fitted in here. Mostly because i can never get the thing to work anyway ...tried turning all the taps all ways and i get no more than a trickle of water from it . So anyone any idea what these things are worth? Hi Tam that looks a lot like a reverse osmosis kit I had when we had a marine fish tank, does only trickle out we used to leave a big tub out with the pipe in to fill. On ebay they sell for between 40 - 100 quid.

Yeah it is a 6 stage reverse osmosis kit.
From what i can see its £130 to buy it new so its gotta be worth £70 i reckon

You could ask the vet at Peso Da Regua, Portugal if you're going that way, we used them for our pet passport so they may do the testing too and shouldn't cost the earth.

Im hoping to get the tests done start of December so i can spend Christmas in Spain and then if i have results back go to Morocco in January. Wont be near Portugal till the return leg of the trip

Just had another lovely stirfry for dinner. I've started having dinner miday and just soup or a couple of crackers or something at teatime. Its easier.

To be honest the biggest problem was covid and delivering takeaways 6 nights a week the first year. ..and it just got worse.

I gained about 2.5 stone from December 2019 to this year.

But i now only work 4 nights and i no longer get food from the takeaway i opted for the cash alternative .

So apart from the odd treat i only eat what i cook myself now.

No chocolate,crisps, fizzy juice etc
