Tam & co the great winter escape

Besides im now at the coast .....its not swimming weather but weve just had a walk on the beach and i was just in a t shirt so cant complain
A Scotchman in a tee shirt doesn't mean its warm, probably thick winter coats for the rest of us.

That's not what you said at the start of the trip, I recall it was something about going south for some warm weather.
Have you noticed that he moves on nearly every day, I think someone's after him (didn't Jason Bourne do something similar??)

PS. He's just made contact with his Bulgarian agent! :getmecoat:

It won't be valid on EU passports. It has to be done in EU somewhere
Had a look at her old uk passport and the titre document. There is no reference to the titre document in her passport from when it was done and the titre certificate confirms the test results but has no passport number on it so seems to be a stand alone document so as far as I can see it should be OK for using to return from morroco but I'll definitely double check before we use it.

Edit the page was stuck together! There is a page for the titration in her uk passport! I will see if we can get it transferred over to her Portuguese passport as the vet was happy to with the rabies jab details.

Is that a definite as I thought the titre test is a completely separate document from the passport? We got Beech done before the Brexshit deadline when everything was a bit uncertain and were given a separate document but if you're correct we'll have to get it done again. Not a problem if so as we love Spain and loads to explore here so could easily get it done somewhere in Andalusia then return to collect it.
Only going by the information ive been given from others . Every entry in EU passport after jan 2021 must be done by an EU vet. Theres a section in the passport for the titre test to be filled in.

I dont plan to now lol ...i wasn't moving every day when in the Peloponnese ...but its a long way from there to here so i had to move everyday to cover the distance in the time i had left. Thats why ive now only got 14 Schengen days left. But thats to get me through 5 or 6 countries on the other side.

But i plan to slow down a bit now for the next few weeks till the weather improves inland

Not sure about a uk passport but the EU passports have a section for the titre test to be entered in to .

Again ive no knowledge of the stand alone document i only know what people on here and elsewhere have told me with the EU passports i have. Perhaps if you had the titre before the deadline it will be valid ...someone else might have a better idea than me

probably means you have past on the secret documents to your agent! I've seen the Bond films, I know how it works.

Your nefarious exploits are safe with me!

See my edit above! Glad you brought it to my attention. Will either get it transferred or a new one done in Spain next December and her rabies is due then too which is handy.

Meanwhile in the Murcia region of Spain, Almond blossom (that looks a bit like snow)! and bike riding in short sleeved tee shirt 👍🏻👍🏻

I don't know where you got the trite test done, but I believe if you have a copy of the original certificate that the vet used to enter into your dogs passport your EU vet may accept that.
As they usually enter the details as...
"I confirm I have seen the results of the test and they are within the requirements" or words to that effect.
It could be acceptable.

Yeah yeah alright eh ....if a load of eedjits hadnae voted for you know what i could have spent the winter in spain ....but they did and 90 days disnae cover the whole winter unfortunately

To be fair, we've just had a week or so of cold, dampish, weather.

Might be a good time to try Ela off the lead again, she might appreciate a warm van.
She's lost that privilege now till i have her in an enclosed space. Long rope or extending lead is all she's getting for now.

Really? We´ve just had a week of fantastic really hot wall-to-wall sunshine - the variation in temps down the coast is amazing sometimes.

Last week was very good, and we had a lovely mini break in the motorhome. It was the week before that was damp and cold.

Even today we have a drop more wet stuff falling gently. Good for the land, I suppose 👍🏻

Hoping for another trip away again next week.
