Tam and Toby ~~ Hunting Zorba .....Take two.

If you around the back streets prices aren't to bad.
Got pressured to go on a gondola by wife and daughter €70 I think from memory, 15 years later I can hardly remember going in it.
I think you can add a 1 on front of that now, if not a 2 ?

Tam

You mentioned on another thread that you'd got medical insurance which covered Covid - who was that with?

Cheers

Well im no longer in italy ..we are now in country number 8 .....another 4 hour bloody drive ....in the rain and mist to start with but it dried up eventually ...both satnavs took me an interesting route through some very tight villages but no dramas.

Took a couple of pics on route but not many ....

Where is that Tam? BUSBY.

You'll be back in Italy soon no doubt ;).
I think its such a shame you're rushing though these countries with barely a glance at what they have to offer...
But I guess you have a sketch of a plan, what you want to do.
Otherwise, this thread might be called 'hunting musolini'

So im now in the republic of San Marino.....i bought a convertible from here once although i had it delivered to Scotland free of charge so ive not been here before.
I decided against driving to pisa as to be honest folk on here made out it wasn't that great and by googling it apart from the tower there wasn't much about. And it was further out of my way and everywhere takes an age to get to in this country. 96 miles today took 4 hours.

So San Marino looked interesting and back in the right direction.
So i got here around 18.30 im parked up on the sosta with around 10 other motorhomes .......planning to walk up the top tomorrow the view is meant to be fantastic so hoping its dry.
