Too early for Tafraoute. Wrap up warm for bed as the night temperatures in Tafraoute are as cold as the UK until the end of February - marked by the almond blossom appearing.

I will try and reply to all from here. What a day it's been but more on that a little later. As for alcohol in Agadir, I didn't get to the main Carrefour but one of the little ones as that is what came up on Maps.me when I done a search. I have no idea where the main one is but the one I went to was about 3 mins drive the Marjane. When I got there I was lucky enought to illegally park nearby and went in knowing i was wasting my time but the guy directed me across the road and it was like walking into a liqior store. Propane Gas!!!! Been driving me nuts all day. Whem we were here (Tiznet), in 2016 we got Propane 12 kg bottle from Camping Riad and it was dirt cheap too. This time around I have spent most of the afternoon being directed by Tiznit nutters telling me where to get Propane, only to find it is no longer available here, even from the campsite
What I have done is purchased a 12 Kg of camping gaz for 44 DH which is going to be recanted into my empty 12 KG marroc bottle in the morning, free of charge. Why they will not just swop the bottles as I have requested is beyond me. Anyway, I am being told all the French motorhomes here are using Butane without any problems as the temperature here is not an issue, so I'm going to give it a try too, Nothing to loose. It will either work or it wont. I suspect it will. Also, went to Maroc Telecom in Tiznit today along with every French Motorhome in Marocco. I didn't even bother wating for it to open knowing there would be the Moroccans and the motorhomers in the queue and if I was there I would have a que stroke or something similar. So it's free WiFi for me and Moroc Telecom can go bust for all I care.
Yes! We also visited this rundown campsite and was offered propane at a very 3xpensive price and rejected the offer. Many campers were not happy about the attitude of 5he owner when we were there. We are now at the same camp site in Tiznit that we visited in 2016 and thete is no doubt this is where we got our propane from. Assuming it was in fact propane which we were assured it was. It would appear that all the French motorhomes hete who ate on gas ate using Butane without any difficulty and I assume the whole town is probably doing the same and I see no reason why I should not give it a go. I'm aware Butane requires a higher temperature than propane to flow at the same rate and will see how this works in practice. If it does not work we shall be 3ating a sh3d load of bacon, sausages, prime beef, mince, and other meats in 5he next few days. Shit Happens!Have you got the right place for Propane? In 2016 we bought what I was assured was propane from Tifnit not tiznit, Camping Bakanou, its a bit of a dump miles from anywhere but en route from Agadir to Tiznit. The problem with their Butane is its so oily, witness the smokey fridges and blocked regs around. Surprisngly cold still.

If you use Camping Road at Tiznit, I would advise you do not take up the lecce option. I had reverse polarity issues even after fitting my reversed Euro connection I made up. In addition, not enough amps to switch my 3 way fridge over to lecce. Others who have said they are not having any issues are waking up to find no lecce available this morning. About right for many Moroccan campsites in my experience.
A shit hole best avoided.Never use the ehu over there unless it’s inclusive in the price. I always use my meter before to check for polarity, @Moulay Bousalim a few yrs back I had 300+ volts live to earth, although in the price I did not use![]()
No! It is not free to park on the beach and you can't actually get your motorhome on the beach. Thete is parking beside the hotel next to the beach and as I said in my post it's 20 Mad per 24 hrs. You may find free parking elsewhere in the vicinity bit it's a smallish place and this is by far the best parking location as you can pick up the Hotel WiFi and possible use their toilet facilities in the morning. Eating thete would make this even more possible.Thats great info thanks we'll be heading there from here in 3/4 days,is it free to park on the beach there? and yes corbyn is a total dick , love her or not Mrs May is a resilient old girl
Yippee! Now have my Mifi connected to Moroc Telecom and can post whenever I want.
