That's the weird thing with the 65k one it's only 10 miles from kalamata which has an airport etc and it's a big town.

Don't know what the work situation is right enough.

Not really, we're in the same boat if it's 500k everywhere. I was looking a while ago, it was due to change this year and was pushed back a bit, but I think it happened in the end but so many websites seem out of date I can't work out the facts.

It was a great golden visa as it didn't matter if you spent zero days a year there or 365. A lot you have to spend the majority of the year in that country.

Milo always picks the biggest stick lol. He carried this all the way along the beach then all the way back.

Had the drone out for a bit again today , moving on from here tomorrow so thought I'd get a few aerial shots. It's amazing how much detail you can see of this shipwreck from above but from the beach all that's visible is a few bits of wood sticking 6 -8 inches above the water.

Phoned the agent dealing with the house in the hills and they're going to phone me tomorrow with more details , the one with the garage under it and the 3 bedrooms I haven't got an answer from them yet on email or phone .. I'll try again tomorrow. They're quite close to each other so I'd like to arrange to see both the Same day if I could .

Think it's almost impossible to get a work visa or residence with right to work in most of the EU. The non lucrative visa like Spain will let you reside but you have to prove you have enough money private health care etc and you are not allowed to work.

You need to be able to prove an income of 2000 euros a month ot have 48,000 in the bank to get a 2 year visa from what I read today but couldn't officially work.
