MOBY GOES TO TURKEY. A tam and pups adventure.

What's with all the anti Spain propaganda at the minute ?

This is the 3rd article I've seen this week full of knuckle dragging benidorm goers complaining 🤣🤣

How are they going to check on all the Germans, Dutch, French etc. driving over the border? And us, who do not need that much per day anyway.

Nonsense.

They won't check brits driving over the border either , when I enter Spain I have no departure date in mind either lol.

But I read another article the other day that claimed tourists are being told to go home from lanzarote and tenerife lol. I'm sure it's just more UK anti Europe bullshit to try and keep tourists in the UK.

Tam ref the tapping on windows, write out some of notes to put on your windows saying "Do NOT tap on window as dogs may break it to get out!" 😄

Köpekler dışarı çıkmak için camı kırabileceğinden pencereye VURMAYIN!

Also ref Bella's recovery, whilst the external stitches should heal pretty quickly the internal ones will take a fair bit longer so don't let her go too mad running around, might be an idea to have here on a tether for a while.

Aye she's not been running about much ... she's actually being a very good patient .

Spain, there is a concept to move upmarket in a relatively simple move of ensuring visitors have funding and are of a certain level of intelligence in no longer wanting the P&&s artists and vest wearing types. This will include closing all venues at 12.00 midnight.

Oi I like my vests

Hope they find somewhere else to go as I don’t want them at my holiday destination (UK and France) The 12 midnight closing will put them right off Spain

So today we drove an hour south of bolu to the outskirts of mudurnu to visit this crazy abandoned housing estate ... burj Al babas.

There's a few lovely parking spots near it which is not only scenic but peaceful away from everyone. I took a few drone shots etc but we haven't walked down to them yet as I needed to do some laundry after blu's escapades yesterday .

Will try to have a walk among them in the morning before we head back to bolu ... its a shame I need to go back as I'd have stayed here another night

They'll never impose a 12pm curfew in Spain lol. The Spanish themselves don't go out till around 11pm then stay out till 6am .

That ain't the tourists.

Perhaps it’s just the nightclubs for young “foreigners” that will close early? Wish I still had the stamina of the clubbers though 🤭

Reminds me of some of the developments I've seen in China.

They will Tam and they are the Spanish don’t nessasarily have a drinking culture swilling pints down, they dine out till late and celebrate special days via fiestas etc in the street.
They have cut music to 12.00 in a number of resorts and Bars must close at 1.00am so it’s happening.

I'm quite surprised at that then as each time I've been in Spain it's been the locals in small towns etc that's been noisy. I'm not a drinker myself so I'll welcome it being nice and quiet after midnight

I wonder what the cancer rate is in Turkey as everyone over about 16 smokes here. It's rare to see someone without a cigarette in their hand/mouth .

20 cigarettes here is about £1.50/2.00 it's crazy

Well amazing as it seems,it's not on the top 50. Unless I am missing something with this list.
I think its all cancers on the list not specific ones so Australia has a high skin cancer rate which bumps up the statistics and also diet plays a major part, Mediterrainean diets and large fish eating nations near the bottom of the league Red meat and fat eaters near the top

Had a walk down to the houses this morning, have to say I can see why it didn't take off .

Then headed back to black sea coast and stopped in at a garage and got moby serviced , oil , filter , diesel and air filters done ..... 2850tl....£70

Parked up beside a small ruined castle for the night. Its unfortunately the local boy racer ned hangout spot so I feel like I'm on the set of a bollywood movie ... the young guys here really listen to some shite music ...its like something from an Indian wedding . The boyracers in the UK would piss themselves laughing at this . But hopefully they feck off before bedtime.

Had 3 of them sat behind van having a picnic earlier lol ..
