There's a Scottish lassie on Instagram called transitdaddy has 100k followers lol. Projectamber 50k , the name means nowt. I guarantee if I called myself handsome man wi 4 dogs I'd have nae followers. Its Instagram algorithms that's the problem .. and the fact I don't whore myself on YouTube.

It seems people are weird and prefer to follow Instagram accounts that have youtube accounts. Why I don't fecking know .

A couple of our niece's post photos of themselves on Instagram and look nothing like themselves in real life they shave off their weight and add pouts, hair, eyelashes etc. but when men ask to meet them they run a mile, it's so unfair on men but men do the same to women on there. It is all so false and I feel sorry for single people today. When we were single it was Aids we were scared of.

After lunch we drove on to belisirma, a small village perched on the side of the ihlara canyon , this canyon has many churches and cave dwellings built in to the rock faces , its very much a tourist trap though and when you drive through you've to dodge the touts wanting you to use their parking or restaurant or tour guides etc .. I just wanted a few pics so I generally just drove on ignoring them 😁

And then I drove to near guzelyurt for an overnight parking spot by an old byzantine church and monestary which has spectacular views all around it. Very cold up here though it was below zero last night. Lovely sunny morning , going to be heading in the direction if goreme today but possibly a few stops along the way. There's so much to see around this area but trying to fit it in to a route and plan the best days to visit is sometimes difficult. We're at a Weekend again now and from previous experience that usually means very busy in Turkey.

Great photos again and what a lovely looking dog.

Fantastic. Difficult to pick a favourite.
You have a great eye for composition.
Did you ever consider buying a “ proper” camera?
If you can get results like this from a phone just imagine what you could do with a DSLR or mirrorless camera.
I've thought of it a few times ...but I'd not know how to use it lol.

Bet you enjoyed being amongst all that - some great pics again.

What did the hounds make of it all & was it an early start?
They start inflating them at 6am so we were up around 5.45am ... blu jade and milo not phased by them but ela was terrified of the balloons so they were back in the camper with some music on and the blinds shut.

It's quite an atmosphere...unreal how many there were they appear out of everywhere

What amazed me was size of the basket, I’ve been up in 13 times now but the basket I’ve been in is probably about 6‘ x 4‘ and maximum about six people. All those balloons with all those people in each one make for a lot of money.

Fabulous photographs

Thank you very much again,

Carol

Yeah they take between 16 and 20 people , €89 per person .

So a good days takings each balloon

It’s amazing in the basket, there is no sense of speed cos you are moving at whatever the wind speed is, I did it in Florida, pilot plus 5 passengers all family, we skimmed the tree tops and then down lower to skim a lake with alligators in, then up high to see Disneyland and Epcot…..amazing
Would do it again in a flash but not in a basket that big
