Mercedes vario 814 self build bus to FLT palace

Aye it looks that way with city centres .. but then i dont often go in to city centres with the van anyway.
And if you did, what would the fine be? Ive no idea, but it won’t be anything near the £10k + that you would have paid for a more modern vehicle..

The stop start on the Duchess’s car started working again today after a 3 month break......absolute complete and utter s*****g nuisance, now I’ll have to remember to turn it off. Sensible if in queues of traffic, but 99% of the time,Im not!

I'm regretting not getting an lt35 / mercedes 308d ATM!!

Cheers James

I know it’s nothing to do with the build but I haven’t had my fix of Jade and Milo for some time now… how are they, do they spend time with mother while your working..?
They are either with mum or buzzing around the garden .. sometimes they come in the van or under it for a nosey

Been there done that ...for the mot

Ballast units ?? I was told resistors ....ive ordered resistors
They are resistors but they are called ballast units when used with vehicle LED lights, got to get your terminology right boy.

I take it your doing this work while it’s at the blacksmiths…?

Not that im anywhere near that stage yet but im also wondering about my insulation ... I still think celotex board is the best idea for the roof and the floor but for the side walls im starting to think it might be a complete mare fitting it in and behind all the support bars etc etc ...im going to stick some bitchamin ( not sure its spelt right) squares on the panels for sound deadening but then also wondered if perhaps that recycled plastic wool type insulation might be better on the walls and cavities.

Whats folks thoughts?
