Meet at the new Marjal - March 2012

I just spoke with reception and a 50€ deposit is required to make the booking, those of you who have already booked will soon get emails from reception.

The funster discount is a 30% over listed rates, which is better than ACSI, specially for long term stays. Also, bookings made before opening date include Spa and gym, which won´t be free in the new site (it will still be included in Marjal Guardamar)



I´m not pissed off with your numbers, we have a saying here which says something like "every stone is part of the wall" We are doing quite well with bookings, as the opening date approaches bookings increase exponentially. There will be some other meets at the same time than yours, so bring the war paints!

Did you mention you were a funster when booking?

As I said above, you are not all staying for the same amount of time, so you are most likely to get a different rate. You do all have the 30% discount, but you book individually, just state you are a funster when you book.




Hi Brisey,yes, the rates apply if you book before opening, but depending on the total amount of days you stay (if you stay for more days) you might get a better rate.



On the other hand, It would be very handy for us to have the list of attendants, what's with this list?

Raimon, the list you have taken is not the full one, Jim has made a seperate list with all the confirmed names on it, under the "DEFINITIVE LIST" ours is on that one and we have confirmed with you and had a email back asking for our nick name :Smile: ours is under "Carol" could you please add us to the list please.

Nancy at Marjal has asked me for 50 euros too. I can pay by credit card (I will use my Nationwide one) and either phone them or email them the details. Jane
 
Raimon, was wondering if we manage to travel through France quicker would it be alright to arrive a day or two earlier or would we need to book. thank you.

It is always better to book but I guess there will be no problem, but remember the discount only applies for bookings made before the opening date.
 
Hi Raimon, If we decide to extend our stay at Marjal to cover the Easter holiday, would the discount still apply and would we need to amend our booking before arrival.

OK-just booked with Marjal,I'm a little surprised that I was unable to find a way of paying on the booking page ?? did I miss summat ?

Great news that you are also going to Marjal, but there is no pre - payment /deposit on this occasion as their secure payment system has not been finalized yet.... see Marjal Pain thread

Without wishing to offend the standard spell checker is not English but American and needs putting in it's place.

I'm sure the Sheriff had the same problem once.

Hi Brisey, I asked the management and they say discount only applies for bookings made before opening date, but maybe there will be some other offers for those dates.

A lot going to the Marjal Meet will be at Lady "P"`s.. meet at Zahora...:thumb:

And just so happens my Birthday is Jan 19th. & I will be at Zahora...

So most will be spent out/up... :Rofl1: :thumb:

Plus, it will be my birthday the last day of the meet but I will be back in the UK by then.
