Lenny's Modding the new Mini Gin Palace 2

Spent the last couple of days going over the van with a Clay bar and Ceramic glazing it, pleased with the result. The hardest bit was washing it and getting it really clean first. Using the clay bar and the coating was much easier than polishing and waxing.
Gone a bit dull this afternoon, so it doesn't really show up in its full glory.

The Diamondbright pre glaze & top glaze, they only normally sell it to their agents but a couple of people sell it on ebay, Paid £11 for the two bottles, I bought two lots and used most of them a friend did his van with one lot but with a white van difficult to see how it's covering.
Very easy to use wipe on the pre glaze leave it to dry about 10 min goes whitish, then wipe the second coat over, let it dry any lightly buff it off.

Yes that was a few years ago Votronics responded relatively quickly with a new design. I dont think victron responded very quickly to problems with the 50A B2B (overheating?), Both problems resolved now I believe.
I had two Votronic 430 about 4 years ago and even when I sent them back for testing they were in total denial, luckily I bought them from 12 volt planet who were very good and refunded so I bought a Victron unit and never looked back.

Just an op on my finger for Duyputons (spelling) contracture.

Thought you’d got it caught in your wallet 😂

Hope all went well and you have a speedy recovery

Dupuytren's contracture is a condition characterized by:
  • Thickening of tissue under the skin of the palm and fingers.
  • Formation of knots or hard lumps under the skin.
  • Inability to straighten affected fingers completely.
  • Curling or pulling of fingers toward the palm.
  • Also manifests itself in uncontrollable urges to upgrade motorhomes beyond their normal specification. :roflmto:

Been waiting over a year it's come at the wrong time.
Keep thinking about all the things I can't do for a few weeks, can't ride the bike, can't paddleboard, can't dance and can't drive or mod the Motorhome. 😭😭😭
There probably wouldn't have been a good time.

Is ok on graphics? Take your point about seeing the whitish peglaze on a white moho!

Duncan had one done in Truro in October. All ok, but don’t think surgeon was much good at stitching between pinky and next on right hand. Left is not great but not yet good enough yet. Best of luck with your physio and exercises. Worth doing 🫶💕
