Waves got up so no Paddleboarding so we headed inland to Parc Natural de la Serra de Mariola. We were heading for a small CP now that's where the fun started.
Spent ages driving up & down rough forest trails we were just about to give up then a little jeep came up the track it was a Forest Ranger and he spoke good English. He didn't know where it was he phoned then and they could see our van we were only a couple of hundred metres away. He drove found the place & came back for us and we followed. All good nope part of the track was unpassable for us, but there was another way round much easier & we finally got there.

Small camper stop 3 places in the front garden, lovely friendly couple made to feel welcome. Even have use of their pool but it was 12 deg, no thanks.

Weather fine and warm in Eastbourne and has been for a while. No rain for a couple of weeks and there is talk of a drought,
We hope to be heading your way next month so hope the weather has improved there.

Anyone know what this is we can't track it down.

Been cold here only 17° today but we are 3000 ft up. Over the weekend we did get one day at around 26/27 other days only 24° a bit chilly.

Then onto Castell de Gaudalest, across steep mountain roads.
Comfomatic gearbox decides to have a wobbly, halfway round a hairpin on a a 1 in 6 we stop moving with message on the dash "no gears available" Holy sh*t quick change of trousers, turn engine off and restart all OK apart from my nerves.
Get to our destination then all sorts of messages and warning lights I've never seen before. Sod that let's find a bar for a drink. Felt better after that.

Get out of the van me thinks this looks familar, yep been here before.

It gets worse after dinner start watching F1 and that falls over even though I've got a good 4G signal.
