Andouille is a local speciality, otherwise known as a revolting food item only created to upset foreigners. It is basically intestines stuffed with more intestines. Most countries have something along the same lines if they have any tourists to try it. We have several, tripe and onions springs to mind.Give me currywürst, Wiener schnitzel and proper steak (Los gauchos in Koblenz ) over Frogs legs, escargot, cheval and andouille (never had it or seen it but sounds awful) ANYDAY
