Not sure what bike
Mijhan's bike played up and stopped working on Saturday looks like an intermittent connection on the motor. I had a spline bit to get the crank bolt undone but couldn't get the crank off to remove motor cover without a crank puller.

So today started off with a visit to the bike shop, their diagnostics is reporting two motor and a battery error and the guy has contacted Bosh. I still reckon its a dodgy connection.

Anyway moved just up the road to Lynne Roy favourite place.

Not sure what bike shop you used. I would highly recommend the one at the rear of Mercadona closest to the beach area. Solved a problem for me and not hard on the wallet. If you used this one ignore this post.

Gurugú bicicletas Xàbia near Lidl.
Thinks its the motor but not opened the casing up yet.
My money is still on a bad connection.

I am envious

Just to cheer you up a bit Lenny you're not the only one with some crappy weather ... yesterday it was pretty miserable and windy and not much above freezing, the temperature overnight at Bejar dropped to -5 and we had some snow! Tonight we're at Agurain ... aptly named as it's hissing down and cold, fortunately not as bad as yesterday though. Tomorrow we'll be up to Irun where it's supposed to be quite warm so I'll be able to put my thermals away again.

Just looked at Windy France looks just as bad.

Fresh, bought in Lidl I think.
When I had some in the Chinese the other night I discovered I like asparagus, I don't like it boiled or steamed.
Also found out about a month ago leeks fried in butter are delicious.
We pick loads of wild asparagus while out walking and cycling, Janie took this photo the other day while we was out to show friends her neighbour was picking it. 😁

That's the better shop, we used them with ours, anyway Mijhan's bike we have a friend with an electric tandem, he took it to the other bike shop they checked it out and said it was a bad connection and charged him accordingly, next time out stopped assisting again came back to the campsite and everyman and his dog had a look, it turned out to be the thing on the spoke that passes the sensor on the frame had come loose, 🙄 hopefully this post will take the pain off Mr Wallet. 😜😎 Bob.

Not going out in this weather, been in the van all day with the heating on.

He reckons motor needs to go back to Bosch, got him to take the covers off the motor and check the connections he sent me photos. Only charging €20 would have cost twice that in the UK just to plug it in for the diagnostics.

I know two Germans that come on Camping Javea, their motors went back to Germany but they was under warranty, but check that thing on the spoke you might be lucky, the weather should be good tomorrow. ☀️😎

I know it's something to do with the motor or connections, I will buy a crank puller when I pick it up so I can have a look myself.

That’s certainly not bad ! Not exactly the ideal footwear or dance floor but you two still got up and danced ! Good moves and a great view 👍🏻👍🏻.

Only whist we're travelling, SW France is going to be good for a while after then. 😎

Hope you have got your wellies with you.
Always! Ever since we went to Germany where it rained for three weeks and they had mass flooding ... Even the dogs wanted wellies after that. 😄

Went back to Javea to pick up the bike he didn't have a crank puller but did give us a print off of the diagnostics.
Did a bit of shopping in Lidl then went off and parked up for lunch.

Then went to get some LPG from the Reosol nice surprise 25 cents a litre discount 42lt only cost us €30, 77c Lt (64p).

Then we were heading inland to a nature reserve but stopped at a huge shopping center. 'er indoors got a fleece type cardie from C&A, no crank pullers in Decathlon but got a nice phone holder for the bike.

After that thought sod this let's go back down to the beach at Dénia for the night.

Parked up by the beach at Dénia now, Brit van either side of us all nice and friendly.
Everyone loves toilet gossip so just to let you know I've put the spare cassette in.

Weather much better today.
Relaxing evening on the beach with Prosecco & G&T & nibbles.
