We have got a Black and Decker PAD 1200 Flexi Car Vacuum 12v. Cost £35 from Amazon. Works quite well given the price( couldn't bring myself to spend £250 for a Dyson however good it is)

I wish I could take better photos. Mine don't do the place justice anthea,, it's truly beautiful!! You can walk down narrow streets for ages, cafes, squares, small park areas, truly lovely!!! No cars in the old streets just peace and quiet, and the buildings and architecture is amazing, best little city so far !!! I hope Seville is as nice ? ( if and when I get there). Lol. Xx

Great pics! I did a weeks' 'Learn Spanish' in Cadiz a few years ago, stayed just round the corner from the church in your photo, and have stayed in El Puerto de Santa Maria across the bay, which is fabulous for fish. Hope you found all the best tapas bars. Cadiz is my favourite city in the whole world. If you think Cadiz is beautiful you will love Seville.

yes i did see a black and decker hand held for about the same price sundowners,but it was a different style to the one above in the picture,,but thats the type i will buy,,small hand held ,its only for crap of my boots ,no dog hairs or anything! cheers xx

just had a lovely cup of yorkshire tea with steve and sue,just up the road !! i miss yorkshire tea a lot !!! In fact i do know that there going to cadiz for the day soon,so i might just have to break in to the van and steal their supply !! in fact thinking about it,after i have been to seville,i wont bother with portugal this year and im going back along the south coast of spain to the nearest iceland and buy a couple of hundred pounds worth !!!! lol Saw me old mate burndt just now and arranged to have a few rums tonight,and probably a chat about our visit to cadiz,,,,,quietly !!!!! Been raining here a bit today,but got a good bit done,,washing,,washing helga,emptying grey waste,cassette etc and even finding time for a nice kip !!! so i will nip out for a few later and i will let you know how i got on tomorrow ! thanks for advice regarding hoovers etc,,i think a black and decker one will be fine for me,,,

Starting with the manic search for a van, desperatation for house sale, unprepared dash for the ferry, going through the phase of continuing to do building work for someone that you met on the ferry for a bit of pin money and, I think, largely because you couldn't stop now to the choosing of a hoover, afternoon tea, and siestas followed by evenings on the rum dandling scantily clad flamenco dancers on your knee.

It's a great story to have followed.

I am Sompting very close to Brooklands park I believe Lennyhb is just off coast road nearer shoreham and i think its Mentalis is on the coast road backing on to the Widewater Lancing just by Lenny. I havnt met either of them just read there posts on here I noticed Mentalis Motorhome fun rally name card in his van I think. If I am around at your moving in time I will try my best to give ya some time

Yep near the widewater footbridge, also a couple of our dancing friend's (Graham & Dee they have a Roller Team) live just around the courner on they coast road. They are Funsters but I don't know their username they rarely post on here.

Carol that's good advice,, even though I got rid of lots of stuff I still bought a lot with me!! I bought 2 suits( just incase) a full length leather Hugo boss coat ( worn once cost £1200) a cupboard full of belts!! About 30 shirts, 8 pairs of shoes, 5 changes of bedding!! Full dining set of plates, bowls etc! All bloody crap !! I will get sorted eventually !! Lol.

We have not got that much in our flat BUSBY.

Your very welcome Ian, We are going to Cadiz on .........day and the key will be under the back wheel, but I'm not saying which wheel or which van. The tea will be in the 1st locker on the left as you walk through the door. Please wipe your feet on the way in and a donation to the retired flamenco dancers would help.....
