We're parked a couple of hundred metres along under the trees. We'll pop and say hello if you're still around later! What a lovely spot it is around here!!Good morning from Ammoudia Beach. We have now been joined by Martin & Sue who crossed over last night and one other UK motorhome has parked up near us from Manchester. A couple of boats have anchored in the bay and it looks like it's going to be anouther fine day. We will stay here for one/rwo more nights then move on

Feral dogs ! We have encounted a few of these here and they seem to have a behaviour code. They will not go close to humans but will wait very quietly nearby in the hope of a handout. They also seem to be of the same breed and I guess a lot of interbreeding. No threat what-so-ever IMO. There numbers will be controlled for certain, especially in popular tourist places.

Ditto. That is also my experience of them in 40 years in Greece.
Phil, we had our own security team at a well known beachside stop in Portugal …Feral dogs ! We have encounted a few of these here and they seem to have a behaviour code. Because the ferry is a little bit cheaper and a much nicer way to cross than a boring bridge. The photos are making me really jealous. We lived on Crete for 17 years. No idea what possessed me to return to the UK, but hey ho.
What ferry was that and why did you not just use the new bridge at Rio/Antirio?
Yeah. I've done both in the past. Ferry is more fun, but you get better views from high up on the bridge. No idea what the prices are, I'll take your word for that.Because the ferry is a little bit cheaper and a much nicer way to cross than a boring bridge.

I do hope so ! Apparently, or so I'm lead to believe, they are attracted to the smell of cheap crocks! Makes sense now !Even had them kip on my Motorhome step, I expect they would turn their noses up at your tatty old step.
