That's god info passed by the Pont du Gard a couple of years ago we couldn't belive how it had changed so commercialised now, it was only 20 years ago we last visited.

I have to say ive tried a few times to like it in france as it does have lots of free aires etc and there are a few parts that are nice ....but its not for me

Greece and spain are definitely waaaaaaay better than wet cold miserable france. Even the french people are better in greece , they all speak English and are actually friendly. In france they all stuck up

Isn’t it 90 then 180? I know this is possible but I don’t think i can afford to live in Switzerland or Norway for any length of time.

As long as you only spend a total of 90 days in any 180 within shengen

Those that voted in the referendem and voted to leave have a lot to answer for (in my opinion).
Only 90 days in any 180 allowed, all the dammed restrictions on business, imports, exports.
I recently sold an item to someone in Spain and the Spanish customs wanted 800 euros of the guy in Spain as tax.
As for will we visit Europe this year, we are very keen to go back, but it's not just when things are normal here and we can travel, it will all depend on Europe being safe and allowing travel from here to there etc.
We thought there may have been a Vaccine Passport or something that shows we are safe but from what i hear this is not on the cards as there a lot of problems concerning human rights and what it would allow you to do or what those who dont have'nt had the vaccine are restricted to.
It's all a buggers muddle if you ask me.

I was in Europe from August visted several counties both business and pleasure and never met any one laughing at me or uk. Some quietly wish it was them .Even in Spain and just for record I didn't vote due to being out of country (my fault) I respect the result so no more from me dont worry you can still travel abroad just takes a little more planning . Yeah i keep hearing that nonsense from leavers yet i find it amazing that ive spent 5 months this trip ,11 months last trip ,10 the one before that travelling in Europe every single day and out of everyone ive met ive yet to meet a single one other than brits who have said they think brexit was a good idea.
