Aye I love it too. But too big really for Europe. I bet the inside is nice though.Loving that airstream Tam.
Helen please start your own travel thread. It’s so nice to have more than one thread going in different directions and ideas like you did before.

We Love Oualidia, should be there in a couple of weeks or so
For all of us Airstream Nerds, here is a closer look at The 1987 Airstream 365 motorhome. Its not too bad for its age inside either, I wonder whats its worth?, I reckon £75,000 should secure one.
Scroll through if you get bored watching, but it was the mutts nuts at the time, auto start Gennie on dash, plus loads of other bits.
Enjoy

Don't tell 'em Pike!Hi Helen
Was that Jackie with you Helen on the camperpark? If so I would change her number plate.
Bet the fish was great, save some for Tam, he can sneak some under the table to the dogs if he is not too keen of shellfish.

There was a French guy with a very similar one at Gib 2 years ago, ex f1 mechanic IIRC, said it was a lovely thing but really struggled with hills, 7 litreish? v8 petrol.
That's a good point lol as I had a chevy day van 5.7 litre v8 and it got 8 miles to the gallon . I had quite a few 5.7 and 6.6 litre yank cars too and they were about the same. What? He could not find filling stations to re-fill halfway up?
So 6lt petrol probably does 2 gallon to the mileMy Winnebago RV with 6ltr diesel did 8mpg. But I got a lot of nectar points.
I had a 5.3 v12 jag and it did around 12 -14 mpg on a run ... cars are not so bad but big heavy motorhomes are not so good with petrol engines. My 5 litre V8 Fairmont station wagon averaged 8 around town but on the motorway at 70ish would average 13-14.
I'm sure the Sherman tank got 1 mile to the gallon in WW2So 6lt petrol probably does 2 gallon to the mile
Not so bad then as they weren't paying £6.50 a gallonI'm sure the Sherman tank got 1 mile to the gallon in WW2
You want to try a boat with a big petrol inboard enginerun ... cars are not so bad but big heavy motorhomes are not so good with petrol engines.
Thankfully most of mine were diesel but still some were 1/4 mile to the gallon! You want to try a boat with a big petrol inboard engine
2 MPG
I’m sure CaptainPaul can easily better that
