Doc on tour, France, Spain, Morroco.

Pizza in Italy is the best you can get, & pretty good in France & Spain, in the UK they are Americanised with thick horrible bases.
Yes ...Americanised ...the best mmm

Deep pan fully loaded none of that burnt brick hard crusty nonsense with half arsed toppings.

Yuck yuck yuck

One of the best ever pizzas I had was from a mobile pizza oven in Broadway near CMC site. Lovely thin crust and tasty plentiful filling. Agree Spain good for pizza and I always go for thin crust so you can taste the topping. Worst one was a restaurant in Lake Como shame cos lots of other good things on the menu.

you've nailed it with that comment

I do like Italian food but whenever we eat in a Italian restaurant every fork full tastes exactly the same
As Noel Coward said in the Italian Job, I hope you like spaghetti they eat it 3 times a day in Italian prisons 🤣🤣

There's more to Italian cooking than pizza and pasta, although depending on who you believe there are between 300 and 1000 recognisable pasta shapes and between 250 to 400 different sauces but Italian cooking also gave us cioppino, porchetta, osso buco, risotto, frico, cacciatora, minestrone soup, Parma ham, parmigiana and of course gelato and tiramisu so not all bad :giggle:

I had one of those Chinese satnavs and once it was setup right it's was always good.
Problem was that there were a lot of parameters you could set and some of them seemed to conflict. Do a factory reset then just put in the dimensions.

Can't even get a decent pizza in Italy.

It's one of those foods nearly every country makes it better than the one that invented it 🤣🤣
We've had fantastic Pizza in Greece for years and cracking pasta something good the Italians left behind and stayed good.
But you right about Greek food it is Fab......

Yamas🍻

I guess living on the south coast and seeing so many vineyards appear in the last decade or 2 I expected us to be a larger producer, but I guess it's not the same all over the country.
