Doc on tour, France, Spain, Morroco.

Not if you make them yourself for about about a quarter of the normal cost, it's so easy. All I use is a cast iron griddle plate and a grill.

Heat the homemade base on the plate while adding toppings and then under the grill, Simples!

PS. The fresh dough will keep in the fridge for quite a few days and can also be used for Pitta's. 👍
Electric pizza oven. Oh.....and lots of solars and batteries....😁 E x

..... Chewing the table 😂
Sorry, couldn't resist, although, hopefully, that seem to be a thing of the past.
I don't want to tempt fate but only thing she chews these days is her bone toy and ela's ears thankfully

I might add both these screenshots are from an unpaid search4sites
I know this is not what the thread is about, but the trouble with folks who say something is not on their p4n is for the very reason that they have paid, sounds daft I know but if you have the paid for version ,it has all sorts of filters on it which rule out all sorts of sites that might be useful but not on your search for some other reason.
The not paid for version has them all ,then you can do your own filtering by reading the description.

I can't say I've ever felt the need to use a paid version .

The free one has never failed to find me somewhere. Yes there's a few places on it that shouldn't be or are completely unsuitable for my size of van etc but that's not an issue. I just find an alternative which there always is.

It's the most popular and used app. I can't recall ever meeting anyone on my travels that doesn't use it and I've only ever heard one other app used and that was ioverlander which is good for places outwith Europe, georgia, Azerbaijan etc

I did have the paid for version for two years and couldn't understand why it hadn't got places on it that it had before, then I found out about these filters so went back to the free one and had no trouble since.

We have the paid version and hubby finds it useful for weeding out some of the crappy stops with really low ratings, many of which are only capable of accommodating a single VW type low top or those with 4x4s! He also finds the filters good for narrowing down to just include aires with disposal facilities (black & grey waste) and/or fresh water when en route to other places, saves a lot of time manually going through them. For the small cost of the app we'll keep paying especially as the little we pay will go towards keeping it going, if everyone only had the free version it could well end up crappy.

I don't pay and I can filter stuff, that's why I couldn't see a lot of stops people were posting.

It's nice to read the writings of a person of distinction who realises that an old VW Camper is on a par with a 4 x 4! 😄

Not as good as with the paid version though ... and the ability to use offline mode has been invaluable to us at times when we've had little or no internet connection.

Ok ,so you just want a stop for the night, might be one around the corner with no facilities but if you have a filter that says it's got to have emptying, it won't tell you it's there, what goods that.?

My old bay window 1.7 vw westfalia would go anywhere in fact somewhere on the Campbell town peninsula (sic)a church warden said if you can get on the (pebble) beach you can camp for free! Challenge accepted my bus climbed over the obstacles and we camped on the beach for the weekend. I still put a tenner in the church donation box tho 👍😁

I still have a T25 TD Westfalia and I always believe IF any vehicle can get along a track, so can I.
If I wasn't in a hurry to get anywhere, I used to put the SatNav settings on 'Shortest Journey ' it was amazing some of the places it took me especially in the mountains of Northern Spain in 2015 and wilds of Central Wales a few years earlier. 👍

I loved my splittys, bays and wedges for their off road capabilities, went absolutely everywhere and anywhere in all weathers , Had a few syncro t25 caravelles too that were great machines .
