Load of people in the way this morning

We're staying at the Farm, near Boston CMC CL, not originally planned but it's lovely. EHU, 10amp, waste disposal, water, 5 grass pitches. No showers so for first time in 5yrs we might use our shower.

Progress. 🙈🙈🙈🙈

Owners very helpful.

Sorry having trouble with photos

Think I've resolved photo problem, my new phone not saving as jpeg. Hopefully subsequent photos will be fine.

Looking across to Segla from the summit of Hesten on the island of Senja, Norway. You gain 600m of height from sea level in only 2km (one and a quarter miles) of hiking / climbing! Straight up, and straight back down again!

If we could only MHome the places you get to, love the photos.

Great that you had good weather. We were not so lucky when we were on Hesten, but I guess, it could have been worse. At least we had a decent view later that day when down again. Continue to enjoy your trip. We are back in Sweden, at Ostersund, still raining, but all good.

We've been lucky so far with all our walks and hikes, in that we've had clear tops. The Norwegian yr.no weather service is pretty reliable, so we've tried to time it to be clear and dry, but the weather is so changeable. A few days ago we climbed Måtind on Andøya. The mist descended as we went up, then cleared at the top, and within 15 minutes of getting down again, the heavens absolutely opened. We're used to changeable weather living in West Wales, but the speed and abruptness of the change in weather on the North West Norwegian coast is staggering.

We're following behind you now! We expect to cross into Sweden next week.

just north of Gothenborg. Enjoying the West coast and some of the islands it has to offer. Not as dramatic as coastal Norway but just as pretty with it's pink granite and colorful houses. More boats than motorhomes.

The more pictures i see of Norway the more i convincing myself we should go.
Used to fly into Bregen and Stavangar in a Sirkorski 61 many times but never saw anything of the proper Norway.

Drove on about 4 miles this morning to Lordenshaw Car Park nr Rothbury to walk up to see Thomsons Rock...

But the rain forced a retreat to the MH as we were ill equipped for the weather. Was well worth the distance we did manage...
