A photo of the day thread

Is it a Chinese Mitsi knock off?๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
Good price if it last a few years, over here time all the taxes went on it would be ยฃ100k๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™
It's a Chinese. Defender rip off.
He wont keep it a year. The Mazda he is selling he only kept 10 months.
I'm surprised how solid the thing feels.

So that's what happened to all those left over Austin Allegro square steering wheels ? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Trip into Dunster..... on the bus, well almost.

Thought we'd take Ralfs buggy then thought too much hassle because bus would drop us off in Dunster. Stupidly wrong but didn't realise until stopped outside village.

Anyway bless him he walked there and back.

Planned to have lunch in Dunster. Almost wrong, cafes closed except one would allow dogs but they only did cakes. Anyway had a cream tea. ๐Ÿ˜

Rohan shop on way out of village, management spent fortune on a quilted coat, in a sale. Is a lovely coat though. Management happy and she paid for lunch.

Weather wet and miserable, should get a dry day for Minehead tomorrow.

If you walk 250m to the Glorieta cafe next door to BBVA, there's a photo of the square under a covering of snow. It was never 24C at this time of year when I had a place there. Consider yourself lucky.

Here in our little town, there are 2 big sea front car parks where campers are welcome.
And another big one with sea views.

But this one has been camped near a busy roundabout on edge of town for a few days.
Takes all sorts I suppose

A very foggy day here in the So Tyne valley in SW Northumberland it never lifted all day, made for a moody walk down the riverbank behind our village this morning. This afternoon we drove South a short way up onto the fells behind the village where it was a different day with bright sunshine, looking back North across the valley and our village the constantly shape shifting blanket of fog looked amazing.

Another crowded beach surrounded by massive concrete and glass buildings.
It being The Friends Beach 5 mins in car from our Apt.
This was bout 3pm.
AND, notice Alec has his funster Tee shirt on.
The rubberised running track i think is about 18Ks, goes all the way to The Burj Al Arab along the crowded beaches.

Wild camping at Waiinu Beach beside the Tasman Sea and looking out towards Australia.
Every holiday home in this tiny settlement has a boat and if they have a boat they have to have an old tractor to tow it into the water.
The photo of Father Christmas amused me. He appears to be giving the finger.
