Interesting road , we road up it several time on our trail bikes, the last time was probably in 2006.
Were there any motorhomes staying on the road that leads to the sunken road.

Yes, about twenty I would say. Hard to tell I was going so fast and looking where I was going.

A few, (well rather a lot actually) ,of the images from our current tip to Scotland.......

A very wet walk round the loch at Lochore Meadows Country Park, Fife, whilst overnighting at the Aire there.

Coffee stop at the Glenshee Ski resort..

And down to Braemar...

We overnighted at the former C&CC, now independent site there....

And visited the Highland Games field...

Had lunch on a layby near Potarch Bridge....

Moved further down the Dee to the THS at the Event Field at Crathes, nr Banchory where we pitched on the banks of the Dee...

right next to the Royal Deeside Steam Railway..

Moved north to the coast to revisit Port Errol, Cruden Bay (one of our favourite stopovers!) and you can now donate online...

There are some lovely gardens in the village...

Next day we visited the Bullers of Buchan, some spectacular Sea Cliffs just north of Cruden Bay

Headed west into the Highlands and ended up at the Camperstop at the Bowling Club at Tomintoul, where we were invited to join in.

Moved on to Loch Morlich, nr Aviemore, where Margaret enjoyed a swim

and got to use the changing robe she made before we set off..

We then moved up to the Cairngorm Camperstop for the night
Looks like wet toilet paper has blown over the bog, but probably some exotic plant species?

before heading to the THS at Logierait, just south of Pitlochry.

Kielder forest - lovely area.
There is a car park suitable for MH at the southern end - £10 o/n with toilet.
Has anyone dared the forest road in a MH?
I did it in a 4x4 car and it's a v picturesque 16 miles.
